Received my order in good time despite its being one of their busy times, during black Friday event.
Was missing the Bluetooth adaptor that's was meant to be included, but a few emails later with Emily in after sales the adaptor was sent through within a few days. Great customer service, will definitely be recommending laser pecker to anyone who asks.

By far the best support I have ever experienced as a customer! Emily's response was quick, extremely friendly, and so constructive! I ordered the LP5 with a few extras. I accidentally ordered one extra twice and one from another LaserPecker by mistake. The support team pointed this out to me and, after consulting with me,

Bought a laser pecker 4
Bought a laser pecker 4, after seeing an Ad showing it turned to the side engraving larger glasses upright. The rotary wouldn't turn until the firmware update was completed, but once completed, the laser would not allow me to laser with the guard off, as the advert showed. After contacting laserpecker, I have had min response and am now stuck with a laser that is useless to me. A waste of money, and a terrible customer service. False advertising. After waiting so long for a response it is now past the returns date, so I am stuck with a machine that doesnt do what it was advertised it could do. If you want this to laser upright products due to their size, avoid avoid avoid.

8 days after ordering and paying for it I had still not received it - E-mail to Laserpecker service desk - NO response after 2 days.
