Over a week late for no reason.

Was supposed to get a package a week ago and they keep blaming it on the weather but the weather by their location has been fine the last 10 days. You text their support and they say to chat online or open ticket both give no real responses. Worst delivery company out of all I hope companies stop using you.

Complete stupidity

The delivery people for ontrac are all absolute morons. They drop packages in the road and leave. Don't ring the bell, don't give a damn. My gate is on a road. In front of the gate is not my house - it is a public thoroughfare and these morons just leave packages on the side of the road

Worst Shipper Ever

Lasership/OnTrac consistently delivers to the wrong location and has NEVER successfully delivered a package to my door, parcel locker, mailbox, or even leasing office for my apartments. I am at the point where if I find out a company uses them, I never buy from that company again.

Incompetent company!

This is the most incompetent company on planet Earth. Nothing ever shows up on time, if it shows up at all. Customer service just told me my package would arrive yesterday. Yesterday?? I asked how exactly it was that they were going to travel back in time?
Any seller who uses this company should be required to inform the customer before an order is completed. I know I sure wouldn't have made the purchase if I'd have known they were going to use OnTrac for shipping. EDIT* funny how this morning they agreed it was still in CA, but I just got a notification that it is now out for delivery. They MUST be time traveling!

more than 5 times they throw the PKG in the entry way, I live in 11 story apt building. they don't use the intercome to let you know your PKG is here ,so the PKG never makes it in to the building and people walk off with it.

chances of receiving package are low but never zero

So, I bought some pants and placed an order the 27th and in the fourth day of it being in the delivery process I noticed that the carrier for my package was ontrac and that all the reviews were 1 star. I saw how people were saying they were losing, stealing, damaging and sending the packages to wrong addresses. I freaked out so bad like trust me, but my package arrived fine and they followed the instructions I left outside of my apartment building. Overall, it was a very anxious experience, but I have to give them this, they DID deliver my package which is why I'm giving them 4 stars, but their tracker for packages is really confusing and the updates are pretty vague. I'm also considering the other reviews where packages were unfortunately damaged or lost so I hope I don't encounter them again and be one of the unlucky ones. I guess I got lucky this time.

delivery driver made no attempt to…

delivery driver made no attempt to deliver the package by the time i got my shoes on the driver was pulling off. Customer support is a joke with no way to contact the driver to attempt redelivery same day since the driver was still in the area i would have gladly meet them at the road if I needed too.

OnTrac is truly terrible

OnTrac is truly terrible. Always late deliveries and customer service is non-existent. This is a third-rate shipper that has no real control over its deliveries. I wish sellers would let me know if they are intending to use OnTrac as I would not order if that is who they ship with. OnTrac is really bad.

Ontrac is WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST

Apparently my order was delivered 31st Jan at 12pm. Checked the camera it was NOT. Ontrac to put it simply are THIEVES. Ive had numerous packages from different companies NOT delivered by ontrac. I will now NEVER order from companies that use this deplorable service. Look at ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service and delivery

Poor customer service. Package or packages delivered to wrong address. No where to be found. I live in a rural area. Laser delivery will just leave your package laying close to the street or just leave in the side off your driveway. I've had issues with them before. Tried to reach out to there customer service. What a freaking joke they are. They need to close their doors. Unhappy customer with there service. They must hire some MORON driver's who don't give a crap. 😡😡

Ontrac is terrible experience

I waited over 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery kept getting delayed due to incomplete address. Address they had was never given. Gave full address to them 6 times and never delivered. The only way to do any update was through an AI IM system. NO customer service person to talk to. Absolutely the worst ever. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would! There should be a zero-star option because that’s what you deserve. How can you even call this a courier service when you can’t do your job properly? I don’t understand why stores still do business with you. Unreliable, unprofessional—scammers!!!

I’d give a zero if I could

I’d give a zero if I could — fraudulent shipping company. Claims package was delivered when it was not — proof of delivery photo is not my house yet when provided proof (pictures of my house from Redfin) that where they delivered was not my house they now have to investigate and it could take weeks to resolve. Absolutely the worst delivery company— do not use them.

I signed up for all of the text…

I signed up for all of the text messaging for my package which Included attempted delivery, out for delivery, and delivered. I received no text message updates. It wasn’t until I checked my email that it said it attempted it. No one called or texted or tried to get into my apartment complex despite my intrusions. I reached out left specific instructions to ensure delivery the second time. The same thing happened again! At this point I’m beyond mad and frustrated. I called farmers dog customer support and they have insured me it will be delivered an official 3 days later from my first delivery date. Which mind you I’ve been waiting on this dog food and NEED it. Now I have to go purchase other dog food in the meantime to the laziness and lack of reaching of ON TRAC. Thanks SO MUCH.

Unreliable... Unprofessional

Items I order from Walmart.com are almost never delivered to my home. They are reported as undeliverable to my home, "business is closed" even though it's my home address on my Walmart account, or reported by driver as delivered although my security camera shows NO delivery! A Walmart package yesterday was reported as undeliverable at 2:39 p.m. because "business was closed" even though it's my home address. I called Walmart customer service to cancel the order and get a refund, yet was told OnTrac has until February 3rd to deliver it. Today, Walmart reports that my package was loaded into another delivery vehicle at 10:30 a.m. yet at 3 p.m. no delivery. From now on, when Walmart states an item I order and pay for will be shipped, I'm going to cancel that item. Why pay Walmart for items OnTrac never delivers?
