Bad customer service
I never received my item, so I wrote their customer service. They said it was returned to them from the shipping company so they would not give a refund. So now I have no product and no refund. Great way for them to make money and keep their product 😡

Hello Jessica, thanks for your review. As i can see your ordre was from 21/01/23 and you recieved 3 times messages from DAO for pickup your package where you never picked it up from the package shop. And never written or called us before 08/03-23 about your packge where you have missed your return policy. As its mentioned in our policy which you accept it while making the order, you have to give us a message if you dont want to have your order/ product within the 14 days after recieving or in your case when you recieved the email about invoice or from the shipping company DAO.
