I try to support people but, only to get unprofessional treatment and I’m sick of it. I called to make an appointment with this girl and she accused me of being fraudulent because I wasn’t able to send her the $20 deposit through cash app! At the time was charging $45 for cluster lashes what in the hell I could I possibly try to do that would fraudulent dummy!! There are millions of other places that do lashes I only wanted to try this places because it was close to where I live get over yourself little girl and learn how to conduct business in a more professional manner!! SMDH

They have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. There have been 3/5 orders where the lashes are stuck with the glue from the lash strip and the classic lashes come glued to one another. For the volume lashes, they come with the strip glue still stuck together making it impossible to fan. Instead of offering a refund or credit, they tell me to order more and a different kind (even though it’s the same one I just ordered). Now they’ve stopped responding to my emails to try and resolve the issue. They don’t have free shipping either so it’s made this an expensive, awful experience.

I recommend Lashes by Design (in Whitby ontario) products instead. I’ve switched to them as their products are consistent and they send free replacements if by chance something is off. I understand businesses can’t offer 100% perfect products each time, but at least try to make up for it.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their lash lift kit caused MASSIVE issues with my clients lashes causing me to have to comp a full service as well as take an extra hour and a half to strip my clients lashes of the glue by hand. NO WHERE in their instructions does it mention you must use WATER before using the #3 serum that is meant to remove the glue. Perm kits are universal and never in 6 years have I come across a kit that requires water. I call for a refund and mention the issue, she recognizes that it doesn't say to use water in the instructions given but that they do have a video tutorial at the BOTTOM of their website that they suggest you watch before using their kit considering theirs is different than most she says. How would a customer coming to use a kit that they haven't ever used before already know to go to the bottom of your site to watch a video to explain a step that is REQUIRED for a successful perm, bc you chose to leave it out of your instructions that come in the box. It's been two weeks and i still have yet to receive any call or acknowledgement.

This name appeared on credit card bill when I made a completely unrelated purchase - that didn’t arrive. Owners are fraudsters

Never received my order. Website vanished. Never replied to my emails either. Now can’t get my money back. Don’t buy anything from there.

Totally scam dont buy nothing from them they only take money and than disappear completely hope police will find them it’s not fear what they do

I rarely make impulse buys but I think boredom during coronavirus lockdown got the better of me on this occasion.

I would not buy from here again. Delivery took nearly a month and when it arrived the product clearly says Iconsign as the brand which is available on Amazon and would have arrived considerably quicker! Craftily the Iconsign brand on the packaging has been edited out on the Lashbox.store website but otherwise the product looks identical.

I haven't used it yet so can't comment on whether it works as I am skeptical, given the above, that this is a genuine product and not liable to cause harm.

Re. the payment issue another poster mentioned, mine was processed under the transaction reference PAYPAL*LASHBOX as evidently I payed via PayPal. If there's an option of paying directly to the company then perhaps this might be different but who knows.

2 stars given as a product did arrive but very late and with branding which does not match the website.

Never received my order and it is now more than 5 months ago I payed for it. Slow mail correspondances and no help at all. Don't buy their products!

The produkt they sell doesnt work at all. They only offers refunds if the package is broken, not if they are selling a useless product with false advertising.

I ordered from there and paid for 2 boxes and waited for 3 months and finally decided to ask for a refund. They barely answer your emails and when they do then they are useless.

It's a SCAM!! I wanted to buy the kit but thankfully my bank denied the purchase and blocked my card as well. I asked my bank about more details and apparently the website who tried to take the money was a totally different one than lashbox.co, like how it's this even possible.. I was shocked. Be aware and DO NOT buy from here.
