If I could rate zero stars I would!

If I could rate zero stars, I would! Horrible customer support. I was billed for 3 months after I had cancelled a subscription I never enrolled in. Was told I would get a refund of $94.89. I have been communicating with them for 2 months and still have not received my refund. After multiple phone calls, they communicated the email they processed the refund to. It was an incorrect email. I am now battling getting this corrected after I was told 7 days ago it was correct. An ongoing nightmare.

Customer Service is FABULOUS

I accidentally made an error on my order, and was extremely happy with the way that the Customer Support handled it. They were prompt, polite, and very supportive. I truly believe in their products, and will keep them as my go-to company for future needs.

It's been 34 days since my order has shipped....

It's been 34 days since my order has shipped. Still can't get an answer where exactly my order is at. Since 3/2, it has been at LAX (23 days) and I can't get a straight answer from the company where my order is at. I have called customer service twice and sent multiple emails to them, all saying "you can track it here". Each day since 3/2 it has been updating saying "in transit to next facility", but just updating the dates. I've been taking screenshots of this. Customer service says they have "escalated" it to higher up, but I have not heard anything back from higher up (been 5 days), nor a confirmation email that my ticket has been escalated...WHERE IS MY ORDER?! This is by far one of the worst companies I've had to deal with.....

This company is an absolute fraud

This company is an absolute fraud. I paid $19.95 for 2 mascara. It took 3 weeks to receive. The product did not work at all as claimed it would. No difference in 3 different mascara that I tried on one side of lashes and Lash Cosmetics on other eyelash. Absolutely no difference. I asked several people if one or the other lashes looked fuller or larger. No one said yes, they all said they both looked the same. When I wrote in for a refund, I was told that I would have to pay for return to China. I also did not realize that the 30 day refund started when they sent product out not when customer received it. Knowing the cost of sending product back and the 30 day refund timeliness, I knew that it was most likely not get refunded. They could even state that product return was never received. They offered me a 30% refund which would be $6.65 of $19.95 and they then sent statement stating i would receive $3.92. Im not excepting this amount and should not have e to. They know their product did not do as claimed and the return policy is almost impossible when not received for 3 weeks. Instead of caring about the customers unsatisfactory and bad reviews with product they instead take advantage of the hasle, timing, and more cost to return knowing that most customers would just give up. I don't believe this company should br in business as it is complete fraud! Sylvia Hendryx

Great customer service

Great customer service! It was my mistake I ordered the wrong shade. I contacted customer service they immediately contacted me back. My problem was solved. I haven't got my makeup yet but I'm sure if I have any problem in the future I can trust that the experience will be handled promptly.

Great experience

I had a very great experience with this company. Not only does the mascara work beautifully but I evidently accidentally clicked on automatic withdraw for the monthly deal and unfortunately I could not afford that at this time. I emailed the company and they very kindly emailed me quickly and gave me a full refund. I do plan on getting the monthly deal when my finances get better. I appreciate such kind people in a company like that.

Ordered 1 tube and got charged later…

Ordered 1 tube and got charged later for “expedited shipping” that they had to refund. Then got charged for a VIP membership that I never clicked on and they’re only wanting to refund me 50%.
Do NOT use this company or give them your information. Plus the mascara is awful.

They trade under the name Nymbus however you only see this on your PayPal statement. I ordered a 2 oack for $25 Aystralian dollars. They added another 3 pack, fast shipping & monthly orders. As u said I only ordered the 2 pack. This cost me in excess of $120 Australian. PayPal did nothing so I have canceled my account with them. I will take this up with fair trading & my bank. NYMBUS ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS & HAVE TRADED FOR YEARS LIKE THIS.
Oh & the mascara is ordinary

After being cautious at first with ordering…

After being cautious at first with ordering online, shopping and shipping nightmares and all, I still wanted to try this product, hopefully the hype was true. We'll it is! I dont have long lashes they are kinda short, but my co workers noticed and I took it with me to show them. Im a walking talking promo, since im skeptical type person, and Im promoting this. It did take some time shipping it but I do like this mascara alot!! THANK YOU CLAIRE M, for answering all my crazy emails and being so gracious!! CHEERS TO LASH COSMETICS!!

My product showed up very timely

My product showed up very timely, and was even on back order when i first placed the order. I got concerned reading bad reviews and had even emailed the company demanding a refund. After it showed up i felt bad for doubting the company at all. I fully recommend and support this business. Thanks for everything!

I was very impressed with Lash…

I was very impressed with Lash Cosmetics and their response to my inadvertent commitment to a monthly subscription. When I pointed out my mistake to them, they gave me a full reimbursement. This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam! I never received any product from them yet they withdrew random amounts from PayPal for three months totalling $53 US dollars.
I made a report through PayPal and it a nightmare getting my situation solved.
I want all my money returned to me! Stop stealing from people.

Do not buy from this company!! Their website is so deceptive - tricking you into additional purchases and an automatic sign up to their VIP where they automatically charge your card the month after purchase!! I now have 6 mascaras which are terrible!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Outstanding customer service!

My order was in a queue and I was charged for 3 mascaras instead of one. Claire corrected the error, made sure my account was not charged and followed up with me when I was concerned about when my order would arrive.

Love the products

Love the products, but I just have to rave about the customer service. I have never had such great customer service from any company in my life. One of my items was missing and I hadn’t taken any pictures proving it. But since I had dealt with Sadie from their customer service about when my order would arrive, I had a rapport with her already so there wasn’t an issue. She was so kind and proficient, an excellent combination for a customer service representative. I highly recommend this company’s products. You won’t be disappointed with their customer service.

BUYER BEWARE this company sells low…

BUYER BEWARE this company sells low cost customise, and before you know it you are signed up to a subscription you won’t know about until they start taking it from your bank under the name of Nymbus llc. You can cancel the subscription but you won’t get your money back as they have cleverly covered their back. They are scammers under cover of a bargain website
