I wish I could give zero stars

Revised Review after this company was going remove my review. This company is a FRAUD. They deserve 0 stars literally. I ordered a 2 pack of mascara with 10% off. They sent 5 mascaras, 3 shitty eyeliners and priority shipping. I thought it was a mistake and emailed. I wasnt completely satisfied with the response but what was I supposed to do. I was almost gonna let it go too because People make mistakes and I would just take the loss of money. I didn’t trust sending the product back either after being deceived and that I wouldnt get my money back and just keep the product. Trust is earned. It was lost after you stole from me. I decided this was not right and decided todig deeper into the reviews. All the reviews showed this company deceived many people. I am now warning others because if it wasnt for me digging deeper I never would have knew until they charged me more money that I was put on a monthly VIP list that is a recurring monthly cost. I ordered 2 mascaras to try and they scammed the living shit out of me. Thankfully I was able to cancel the VIP before they can try to STEAL from me again. You will never shut me up by threatening to take my review down because i wouldn't add the information you wanted. I was excited to try your mascara too. I probably might have even ordered again or even asked to be on VIP not forced because you add it at the end of the transaction. All in fine print I am sure. You are professionals at stealing from honest working people and your whole company is a FRAUD. You cant argue with your average 1 to 2 star reviews. I will take some blame for not reading the reviews first but in all honesty, I guess I’m too trusting. If you are reading this, anyone be careful with your order from this company because what you’re ordering might not be what you’re getting. My advice. Dont order!!!

A positive ending

While I still believe that the ordering process for Lash products is deliberately misleading and you inadvertently signing up to recieve unwanted add ons, I can report that after a lot of back and forth, I did recieve a full refund of the unwanted items.
While I have yet to actually use the mascara that I ordered, I have to say that Lashcosmetics DID respond to my complaint in a fair and professional manner. Im happy to get my money back and feel positive about that. My advice is to read the fine print and read it again before ordering, and remember your Aus dollars will be changed into US$.

Scam

I ordered 1 item. I saw my credit card statement and they had charged me for another very expensive item (that I did not order) and for expedited shipping (which I did not select).
I only found out what these additional charges were even for by speaking to a company representative on the phone. I did not choose expedited shipping when I ordered my 1 item, and I did not order the extra item, which came to $84.83 Canadian on its own. My original total was $8.99 US/$12.74 Canadian for 1 item. With the added/false charges, my total was $115 Canadian.

I called the company via the phone number that was on my credit card statement. Took me one hour, but finally convinced them that I wanted a refund for the expedited shipping (which I never asked for) and for the product I did not order. Their go-to solution at first was to tell me that they would be kind enough to give me 50% off the total. I said no, as I did not ordered the other item or the expedited shipping.

They would not let me speak to a manager when I asked to do so.

Then the agent said she would be kind enough, instead, to refund me for the one item (that I didn't order) which came to almost $90 Canadian. She proceeded to give me the address to return it to once I received it. I said I would not be paying for shipping to return something I hadn’t ordered. so I wanted a pre-paid label. She said that was their policy and I would have to pay. I said I would not.

She also wanted me to pay for the expedited shipping, even though I had not asked for it. Even if I had selected the expedited shipping, the item still has not arrived, therefore it did not come in the expedited shipping timeline. Therefore it would be late anyway!

None of this made sense to me.

In the end, she agreed to return the item I didn't order, as well as refund me for the expedited shipping. I agreed to pay for the one item I actually ordered.

Hoping to see the refund on my credit card statement by next week.

No idea what they are doing with the item I didn't order, and that I will apparently receive a refund for. She insisted that my items were already shipped, and in transit, so that doesn't make sense either. If items are on their way, and if I will be reimbursed (as I should be), what is happening with the item I didn't order?

Don’t order from this company. Too many hassles, too many suspicious charges and comments made by company representative when I was trying to get it sorted out. Very frustrating experience.

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY! CHECK YOUR TRANSACTION

SCAM!!! Like others have experience in Aug this year, I was also charged for 5 mascaras and they signed me up to their monthly vip bullsh!t!!! I only ordered 2.
Looks like this is your scamming operating model. I hope you burn in hell.

This company will rip you off with a…

This company will rip you off with a subscription membership that somehow in the very fine print,somewhere on their page whilst purchasing a mascara, I somehow agreed too!! Scammers! Pissed off, nearly $50 Australian money per month for SFA! And the mascara was shit!
Expensive lesson for me. Turned out to be a very expensive shit mascara!

I have just placed made a purchase of 3…

I have just placed made a purchase of 3 mascara not realising this was being converted to US dollars then 2 more pop up saying complete order I pressed on these thinking I was completing my original order, instead it was purchasing another 2 different orders and money has come out of my account and now cannot feed my children. Very deceitful company I can’t stop crying. I have emailed to cancel whole order.

Originally ordered one tube of mascara…

Originally ordered one tube of mascara (9.99, including shipping)....but as i put in my credit card number...it came up as "not correct". Put it in again, same thing and then a red FRAUD warning came up, so i immediately left the site. Checked my VISA to see a charge of 20.88 CAN AND another charge of 62.22 CAN, for a company called Amazing Product Picks. After contacting the company, they said that the second one was an after purchase charge, and i must not have "decided" the offer. I didn't even complete my first transaction, and left the site as soon as the FRAUD signal came up. They also said that i should have contacted them right away....a site that came up as FRAUD??! VISA cancelled my card as they said this company charge was fraudulent. I want a full refund for that second charge of 3 mascaras...also...it didn't indicate that it was in US dollars. All in all, a very bad experience. Don't attempt to purchase from this company!

Buyer beware your in for a scare (updated)

Update: was offered a 50% refund and to keep the product advised I wanted a label to return as the product wasn't very good. Since then have not heard from them (sent last Thursday) I assume they are waiting out the 30 days so I can't get a refund... guess we will see... will update when I receive the label and my money back

Trying to get my money back placed an order for 1 mascara it said aud but was charged in USD not the end of the world, I was then charged $45usd for a subscription I never asked for expedited shipping. PayPal won't reverse because they are saying I added them but I didn't they have these sneaky little pop ups that you don't realize are adding stuff this company is unethical and thieves. Tried contacting customer service no reply as yet... We will see and I will update accordingly

Never received item

Originally charged for expedited shipping that I didn't request. They did refund that charge. But it says the mascera was delivered but it was never delivered. Do not order from this company. It's one big scam.

FRAUDULENT!!! Purchased one mascara for $9.99 on sale and the company charged me for extra items and stole $183 from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!

LASH COSMETICS corrupt unethical…

LASH COSMETICS corrupt unethical immoral. THE mascara is crap…no better than any other mascara. I initially ordered one pack 3 mascaras, I was charged in American dollars. Then another charge appears. I complained..and they send another pack. Is that the end?? NO. Luckily I found $50.20 on my statement. After several back and forth emails… APPARENTLY the $50 is a monthly subscription…but you get nothing for it. I’m still trying to get my money back. NOT HAPPY

Absolutely corrupt company

Absolutely corrupt company! I was initially stung by the COMPLETE MY ORDER scam and charged for items I did not intend to purchase. I complained and was advised to return them for a refund at my own cost.
The products arrived and were rubbish…very gooey and of poor quality. I didn’t bother returning them but gave to my niece for play.
Foolishly I thought that would be the end of my woes with them but my partner recently noticed a monthly charge on our credit card to Beauty Deals Boutique which we eventually traced back to this lot!
Apparently this was for a special VIP subscription I had ‘mistakenly’ signed up for! Not true and I have never received any items for this subscription. I have challenged them and they say they have cancelled the subscription and submitted my request for refund but are still unable to tell me what the subscription was supposedly for. Am yet to hear if my refund will be approved.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LASH COSMETICS OR BEAUTY DEALS BOUTIQUE

SCAM ARTISTS! Placed one order for $22.83, and they billed me for 2 additional items I never ordered

Ordered a "special" of 3 mascaras for $22.83--used Paypal. Upon checking my Paypal Account, it stated that they also billed me a separate charge for $47.43 additional and another separate 3rd charge for $44.26 additional. This added an additional amount of $91.69 to my bill for items I never ordered. Upon calling and questioning, they stated I had a "subscription" and would get free items. $91.69 added to my bill is not FREE. Said I didn't want it, didn't order it, and stop the order. They said it was already shipped, even though when I ordered the 3 mascaras, they stated it was backordered & not in stock. Said when I receive it, I would have to pay to return it, and even get a tracking slip and scan it and email that to them for me to get a refund. That's how it still stands. I'm disgusted, and things like this are STILL going on 2 years after people complained about these same scams they were charged for. Lash Cosmetics said they were going to review their policies, i.e. Automatic "subscription", etc. (Also, when checking and claiming fraud on Paypal they have two different LLCs that they are operating out of.) Unfortunately, I missed Paypal's determination of my case by 2 extra days to keep fighting this through Paypal. They are also ripping people off in Canada and other countries!

SCAMMERS repeatedly!

I ordered ONE mascara - then there were a bunch of pop up screens with other items saying "complete my order" COMPLETE MY ORDER does not mean add these to my previous order and immediately take the money out of my account! Which is what they did.

Disputed with them, they offered me some refund, and then eventually agreed to the refund and not to ship the items. I also disputed it via paypal who gave me a refund.
My ONE mascara that I did intend to buy did arrive but then they used that delivery confirmation to tell paypal that the item did arrive so paypal revoked my refund.

Now they have taken some kind of subscription payment out of my account a month later that i never signed up for.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS AND IF YOU HAVE CHECK YOUR RECURRING PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL AND CANCEL IT.

I was looking forward to getting a good…

I was looking forward to getting a good product for cheap atleast I THOGUHT it would be cheap I ordered 1 mascara and was charged $85 for it when the website said I would only be $20 and when I tried to reach out to customer service their was no response as well as the website has suddenly crashed and is suddenly under maintenance, I can’t even request a refund!!!!

Disappinted

I am very disappointed like so many other people are. I ordered 2 mascara and received 5 which I did not order. Also I was not aware that it was payable in US funds. Nowhere did it say that. The 2 that I did order wound up costing me$107.55 CDN . I told them I would like to return them and they offered me 30% discount which I was not interested in. I have asked for a return address so that I could return them and of course it will be at my expense.
I am waiting to hear from them.

Hi I ordered a cheap mascara

Hi I ordered a cheap mascara, one only and you have ripped me off and charged multiple charges. I want a refund for all thankyou or there will be bad reviews. I'm sick of getting ripped off. Disgusted! Mel . Charged me like $200. Scam.

Bought Lash Cosmetics mascara recently

Bought Lash Cosmetics mascara recently. It's absolute rubbish. I mean I'm not getting an allergic reaction which is a bonus, but it does not do what the Facebook ad says. It does not lengthen your lashes, just makes them thicker - as all mascara does.
And it does not hold the lift.  This is a big deal to all women who wear mascara. The lash lift drops in 30 seconds. Utter rubbish - and I paid double my normal mascara price. 
Furious!  Stop scamming people.
