Slow verification process
The verification process was pretty slow. I had to constantly inquire about possible access. They were slow to respond and on one occasion they never responded until I reached out to them again. Once I finally gained access things were good to go. The 3 vendors I’ve purchased from shipped pretty quickly. I received all items in less than a week. All of the items I purchased were as advertised. I’m happy about that. There was an item that I purchased (qty of 4) from one vendor that was listed as available but actually wasn’t so it was removed from the order and placed aside until restock I guess. I was a little bummed about it but it’s ok. When I reached out to each vendor to make an inquiry they all responded in a timely fashion. That’s a plus. Shipping is very high which is not so great. I was under the assumption that the vendors would all ship to LSR then packaged together and shipped under one label which means only one shipping fee but that is not the case. I had to pay 3 different shipping fees which totaled almost $70 in fees. Overall I am satisfied but please do your research if you’re new to LSR. Make sure you check vendor reviews and ratings before purchasing. This hasn’t happened to me but I’ve read reviews that some vendors are selling product that aren’t the actual same items as advertised. They are selling replicas that are off by size, detail, and fabrics. Just be safe.
