ATTENTION LANDLORDS.

ATTENTION LANDLORDS. With all of the hits we are taking as a result of government legislation over the last few years the last thing we need is to be ripped off by Letting agents. That is exactly what has happened to us with our last two agents. We needed someone new and chose to go back to a small family firm rather than the expansionist ones we had been dealing with. What a revelation! Millie Campbell was everything we had hoped for as a letting agent. No hidden fees. No pushy sales talk. Just down to earth, honest and efficient. Complimented while on holiday by Lyndsey. Having been in this business for almost 30 years we have no hesitation in recommending Laskowski to all landlords in Cornwall.

Tact, patience and positivity

I'm a first time house-buyer and my preconceptions about estate agents were proved wrong. Laskowski & Co (Falmouth) were brilliant. I felt that I was accompanied on the journey from search to purchase (and it was a long one) with such personable ease and I'm very grateful for that. In particular I would like to thank the wonderful Esme for her tact, patience and positivity at all times.
