I ordered two flush mount ceiling light…

I ordered two flush mount ceiling light LED fixtures. They took a very long time to arrive, were very well packed, and looked like the photo on the site. The LED type I purchased was supposed to allow me to select the temperature. It turns out the only way to change the temperature is to turn the light on/off multiple times, which would have been good to know prior to ordering. Also, I was not able to install it because: 1) There are only two white wires coming out of the fixture, and no indication of which one is the hot wire; 2) The wires were way too short to install in the ceiling.

When I reported the issue, I was told that this was not a product defect, and that I would be responsible to ship back. I reiterated that the fixtures are not installable as shipped. The wires were simply too short. After many frustrating correspondences, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I would have preferred to ship back for a full refund. Beware!

I ordered 4 lighting fixtures on March…

I ordered 4 lighting fixtures on March 9th, 2024, and received four lighting fixtures that were not what I ordered several weeks later. I notified the company immediately and requested a return label for UPS, the delivery company, and got nothing but AI-generated replies that had a different request daily, such as taking photos of all four fixtures one day to take pictures of all labels on all boxes another. I could never talk to a real person, no matter how many times I called. I opened up a case with PayPal and started trying to return them. The company first offered me a 15% discount to keep them, followed by a 50% discount. This was an item that was of no use to me, and I wouldn't if it was free. I just wanted these four large boxes out of my house after weeks of nonsense. Finally they said the would give me a full refund when I returned the and PayPal said they would cover the price of shipping when I provided the shipping receipt from UPS. Loaded up the four 20lb boxes and took them to UPS with the address that was supplied by the vender Los Sola(TIDE). UPS quoted me $2480.00 as the least expensive shipping option to the address in Shanghai, China. The four fixtures had a value of $1,759.96. I loaded them back in the car and returned home to call PayPal, which has now said they would escalate the case. Now I sit with 4 large boxes that I don't want. To say I would never ever purchase anything from this company is an understatement.

Buyers beware!!

Buyers beware!!!
Very low quality items disguised as premium quality, they created nice webpages for different countries with local domains, but all products are shipped from China, it takes more than one month to receive the products, and when you do there is no assembly manual, the lamp (in my case) was a cheap max 30 euros value lamp sold for 200 euros.
Now that I want to return the product nobody answers, I tried via the webpage chat, via email, via instagram page, no answer.
Don't fall for this as I did!!!

Edit 09May24: now they are answering here asking for my email address or the order number, knowing very well that I cannot reply them through here, and they keep not answering my emails (I sent about 10 now).

We purchased outdoor lights for around our pool (~$4k). The product we received did not match the specs listed online. They were cheaply made and could not handle the Florida sun. The return process is a nightmare. They also charged us a 10% reshelving fee and we had to pay the shipping cost. Be very careful purchasing anything from this business.

This product is cute and just as pictured online. The opening in the back was too small for our spot so we mounted the lamp on a circular cover that we painted the color of the wall. Only negative is shipping time and the light bulb didn’t work.

The light did not come with all parts

The light did not come with a suspension bar or cover plate for the box, so required significant rework to make it legally installable in the US. So, maybe that it shipped direct from Chine? Maybe not meant for the US market?

Poor quality and fake reviews on site

Received a fixture that looked great online but turned out to be totally cheap plastic. Was told I could pay to ship it back; went to provide a negative review of the item online and discovered they suppress all reviews below four stars and most of the "reviews" on their site are clearly fake.
