They cancelled our plane tickets and offered us an alternative route 22 hours longer with several transfers.

We declined of course, but now we need to apply for money back which takes up to 2 months. And now we just need to hope that they will refund.

Absolute scam.

Exceptional service from start to finish. It is easy to use and the hotel and flight we arranged was excellent and faultless. It was a delight to book and paying in instalments made it easy for us to decide on a 5 star hotel. The hotel The Grand Jersey and Spa hotel was amazing in all areas with brilliant service at dining which made the whole experience memorable and relaxing. Unfortunately we ran out of time to use all their facilities which included a gym, spa treatments and cinema!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with this company! I purchased a flexible ticket from them and paid extra for the option to change my flight dates — but there’s absolutely no response from their side. My return flight is in just a few days and I urgently need to change my return date.
I’ve tried everything for a long time and now the clock is ticking!
contacting them through chat, opening multiple support tickets on their website, sending several emails, and calling them countless times — yet no one replies! Time is running out and their lack of response is incredibly frustrating.
People should know: even if you pay for a “flexible ticket” like I did, it’s a scam. This needs to be made public. I’m still waiting for their reply so I can change my flight date!

After they booked my group into the wrong apartment and refused to rectify, I was very disappointed in the apartment it was a 2 star and had to travel 10 minutes every day to the nearest shops which was only about 10 shops . The staff apart from the reception were rude and very unhelpful, wouldn’t let you sit near the bar if you didn’t eat anything . Beware of this company they are cheats

Waited 2 months and 3 weeks and no refund. You can’t speak with anyone , they apparently don’t have managers to speak with, The most awful service and biggest risk of your money . Spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you actually want a holiday provider you can trust. Never shall they see a penny from me again.

Scammers, they will tell you that part of your itinerary can not complete. In helping you rebooking the stick you with a $39.99 Travel Assist and Platinum no less.
The worst do not tell you that are doing it.
