Will never deal with this company ever. I’m a coffee enthusiast and my order of a portafilter from them which states on their description that it fits my gaggia classic pro was indeed doesn’t fit at all and was way too big. I asked for a full refund including return shipping since this is not in any shape or form my fault. And yes this product comes from china and shipping it back to them is $50+ from US. If i can give zero stars i would. They lost my business forever.

The delivery was in time and the products as advertising. I am verry content

Wrong item was send and to returning is big problem with your company, no body responding, no choice where to return. Now have to deal with the credit company.

The taste of my espresso shot from this laser cut basket is by far the best compared to my other one I was using. I can tell the difference in quantity be looking at the beautiful design cut by lasers

Fraudulent distributor!
I spent $200 on Titan distributor and temper set. Turns out the distributor and temper set was the wrong size so reached out and arranged a return (their return address is in Hongkong). I paid for international postage with tracking. Tracking info showed the item was received by them over a month ago, but after multiple emails following up about the refund they stopped replying me and I'm yet to receive the refund worth $200!

I placed an order on March 17. After almost a week without any updates, I contacted the seller to request tracking information. They apologized for the delay and provided a tracking number—but it doesn’t show any movement or valid status.
It’s now March 28, and despite multiple follow-up emails requesting a refund, they continue to avoid the issue and refuse to return my money. At this point, it feels like have been scammed.

Great product, shipping times a little longer than expected

I like the idea of having a bottomless portafliter because I can actually see the channelling streaming come together from the right and left from the sprinkler

i am extremely disappointed with the delay in my order. There has been no proper update or explanation, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and communication has made this a frustrating experience. I expected much better service, but this has been nothing but a disappointment.

Be aware that not everything on the websites is true. For example, duty and VAT are not prepaid when imported into the EU. The websites, however, state otherwise: it says that all extra fees, including duties, are prepaid. But that is a LIE.

Shipping takes aaages, in my case almost a month.

Horrible customer care. I complained several times about the extra expenses, but I haven't received a response at all…. They communicate only when you want to buy something.

Also be aware that this websites offers money back for positive reviews here... So i would not trust 100% all the reviews here...

My order took over one month to arrive, which is way too long.
I ordered three items and one was incorrect (a 58mm tamper and I received a 54mm instead, which is useless for my portafilter basket). I would send it back but sounds like I would be on the hook for some of the shipping cost so will just cut my losses.
They also said they would send a free gift tamper that never arrived.
Avoid this seller.

I got tired of drinking my coffee pushed through the plastic of K-cups, they are convenient but wasteful and expensive. On the hunt for a pour over that did not allow my coffee to contact anything but glass, I chose this one and it works great. My wife often times only drinks coffee on the weekends so I usually need a cup or two. This works perfect-easy to clean and has been durable. I like being able to control the strength of my coffee via the grind and concentration.

I recently made a purchase with Lastaforest for 200 dollars, I ended up having a very bad headache with a product that was defective, they simply ignored all my emails as a customer who had a request for a defective product they didn't respond to emails for days, and when I threatened to expose it on the internet they responded after almost 20 days that I start trying to contact them, but they have only offered 30% of the product's value as a refund, which according to the law and my right as a consumer is wrong, they should send me a new product without defects or return it to me. 100% refund, On their own website they say that they are fully responsible for defective products and incorrect shipping, but now that I needed it they escape responsibility, they are not a serious company, and they also have 5 stars on their website in the main feedbacks because they are purchased with a refund of 5% of the purchase price, is a bad character and malicious company that cheats on consumers.

Shipping experience is absolutely horrendous!!! Buy it somewhere else!!! Bought it 7 Jan 2024 ago and still hasn't shipped. I have been contacting by email but only get a simple reply and no actual action.
It can be said to be a catastrophic experience.

The seller is a shameless fraudster who does not fulfill their obligations.

I placed an order on 15/12/24. However, even now, nearly two months later, I have not received the product or any updates on its delivery.

According to the seller, the package allegedly left China on 31/12/24, but since then, there has been no further information. The only responses I receive to my complaints are the seller’s refusal to take responsibility and their attempts to shift the blame onto courier and customs services. That being said, I have never encountered similar issues with other Chinese sellers—orders have always arrived within 10-15 days, and local customs processing usually takes no more than a few hours.

Although I regularly receive responses from this seller’s support team, they provide no useful information.

Most of the products listed on this seller’s website are made in China, therefore instead of risking your time, money, and patience, I recommend finding similar items on AliExpress, where many manufacturers have official stores.

At this point, I have lost hope of receiving my order and have contacted my bank to explore the possibility of canceling the transaction and getting a refund.

Apparently I bought a product from AliExpress that costs less than 10$ for 60$ from them. Poor quality late arrival, , on top of it I had to pay customs.
