I ordered a cashmere sweater that came on time at a great price. I liked it and enjoyed it. It's of high quality at a reasonable price. Being a new company still doing an excellent job. I highly recommend this company and its products - quality, price, and service are excellent.
I did some freelance work with Last Brand in 2019. Initially, I loved the business model and value-promise.
I found their team to be unprofessional, unrealistic and too naive to know what they absolutely did not know. They were looking for quick fixes and work-arounds - but still wanted to sugarcoat everything with a ‘green/responsible’ image. Behind their Oz-esque curtain of marketing messaging was a tragic and hollow reality.
Unscrupulous business practice is the best description that comes to my mind.
Give them a match and they’ll greedily burn every bridge they can find while attempting to depict an outward picture of pure-value and socio-environmental responsibility.
I’ll proudly shop elsewhere and recommend that you shop with a conscience as well.
I encountered Last Brand on my Instagram feed and was attracted to their low-cost cashmere sweaters. I liked the styles and colors that I saw on their site, but was very leery of another Chinese rip-off scam. The website had the company HQed in San Francisco but didn't say where they ship from. I called the listed phone number and got a very pleasant young woman who outlined for me exactly what their process is. Yes, they ship from China because their business model is direct from factory to consumer, but the American company takes responsibility for the order and sees it through from beginning to end.
I decided to risk it and ordered a lovely pink sweatshirt-style sweater. It arrived today, and I'm completely satisfied. Seventeen days from ordered received to item delivered. Sweater exactly as promised. High-quality design and execution, with seaming and other details equal to much more expensive items. Customer service and tracking professional and timely.
This young company is the real deal. They offer other goods besides sweaters. I will definitely recommend them and buy from them again.
