1 STAR is far too good should be MINUS 5 STARS

They demand money and use underhanded techniques such as you can't get a booking ref till you pay us £xx. Technically Blackmail.
We dooked a holiday for March23 in Nov22 and realised with in a few days that the dates clashed (after we booked it). That's when the problems started. The Agent managed to cancel the hotel but the flights are "NON REFUNDABLE" "NON CHANGEABLE" and could not tell us the balance until the hotel cancellation had been processed. This took till Jan 22. Mid Jan 22 we started to ask about the flights (by this time they had billed us £397). It has taken to the mid of Feb to get that information. We are now being threatened with Court Action as we now OWE an extra £91 as a Penalty as we ask about the cancellation. We paid £397.19 for Flights (we can't use them) and they now want us to forfeit £374 (the cost of flights) then pay an additional cancellation fee of £110.

We called them back and advised them we would use the flights (which are fully paid) and they now insist that the cancellation fee is still due and they will take us to court.

Last minutes website shows that everything is paid in Full. So not sure where they are getting this £91 demand from.

All I can say is "bring it on" I would like to see the justification for the charging of this cancellation fee when we advised we wouldn't cancel. I have to be polite here so I have not said what I think about this company but I will go to court if I have to.

I bought a package (hotel + fly)

I bought a package (hotel + fly). The hotel review was so bad that I changed the hotel. ( misleading advert) . I search for a new hotel.( i gave to lastminute.com a list) . They used booking.com to book a new room, (the price when from 56 to 163) and never refund the price of the hotel that come with the package.
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED. 1) NEVER USE LASTMINUTEC.OM
2) IF YOU HAVE A REFUND TAKE THE MONEY EVEN IF YOU LOSE 30%

Last minute.com are NOT to be trusted!

I booked flights and hotel to Amsterdam on Sunday 7/11/21 with last minute.com Within 20 minutes of making the booking I needed to cancel the trip and did so via my booking page on the website.
I called the next day to confirm I would receive a refund to be told I was not entitled to any refund, as easyjet do not give refunds. After checking, Easyjet do have a cancellation policy, if you cancel the flight within 24 hours of booking you get a full refund. Have last minute cancelled my flight and kept my money? They also told me to approach the hotel myself and request a refund. So I have to I had approach the Hotel myself but not easyjet – this does not make any sense. The customer service agent then hung up the telephone. I have since called 6 times and every single time the customer service agents have hung up on me, !
I cancelled within 24 hours of making the booking, the message on my booking page stated “we have received your request to cancel please note that due to large amounts of issues, it may take us longer than usual to process your request. We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us by phone” I cannot locate a valid email address and have no other way of contacting them. I have reported them to CMA and ABTA

This company is a fraud company

This company is a fraud company. They don't keep promises and never return your money. They sold me a ticket with an additional package that guarantees a refund, but I couldn't reach them at all. The girl that answered the phone did nothing but say that she will forward my inquirer. It's almost impossible to reach them on the phone, and there is no mail address that you can contact. Please, don't buy anything from lastminute.com! Find some reliable companies elsewhere. Save your nerves and save your money!

I'm very disappointed with LASTMINUTE.COM

I'm very disappointed in LASTMINUTE . COM the way they do not gave any assistance to my request.
my Booking ID : 1026139747 Aug 25 Asuncion - Sao Paulo .

Latam airline asked me to change the name and the surname position as according them is wrong .

Therefore I tried to do that using my LASTMINUTE . COM .
As been almost 2 weeks and there is no action from LASTMINUTE . COM and my fly is coming soon as today is already the 19 of August and I'm schedule to fly on the 25 of August .

Hope there will be an action as soon as possible as I'm very upset the way LASTMINUTE . COM is taking care of my request .
