Ordered two different car seat covers sets. They have velvet like fronts and stretchy backs. Print was bold and as advertised.

Order on December 1st delivered on December 22nd. Poor communication on tracking.

The website makes it seem like this is a small handmade to order business. Items were shipped from China. I received a tracking number after a week for one set and no tracking number for the second set. After a week of not receiving a tracking number on the second set I figured I was not getting it. The tracking number showed the first set coming from China so now I know I'm in for a stressful long wait. When the package arrived it had both sets even though there was only tracking on one set. After delivery the tracking number update on the second set.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of boots from them, all three looks amazing, all three are durable and convenient.

Website’s user friendly, sizing guide is very easy to find and use but most importantly the product’s exceeded my expectations. I ordered two pairs of shoes that are both comfy and well made. I have nothing but rave reviews about this company. I was skeptical at 1st. But after receiving the product, it was exactly as advertised. Their customer service is exceptional. I ordered the wrong size of two shoes. Emailed them about it, and in less than a day. Got a reply. With free replacement sent.
