Awful customer service, will issue refund that you can only spend from within their website (eg if you find one of their offers via google flights, the voucher isnt valid anymore). they also give you multiple vouchers so that you're forced to cap the amount you can write off (not all of your credit). TRUE SCAMMERS!!
Booked a trip with them (flights and hotels). After while I got an email saying my flight had been changed and I could accept, cancel or ask for an alternative flight. After five days without reacting they said the alteration would become final. I opted for asking what alternative flights there were and was presented with ridiculous options (departing later and having to sleep at the airport, at which stage, my trip of three nights would become basically one day). Asked for them to call me back, called several times, no email to sent messages, chat not working. Since I have acted before the date they mentioned, I expected that the suggested change would not become final. Well, they procrastinated on their replies, or gave useless replies, and without me authorizing it, the book became final even though I had reacted immediately on their email! Now they say my booking cannot be cancelled anymore and I will probably lose around 2500 euros. This is: I am being scammed out of 2500 by professional scammers disguised as travel agency!
