Scammers!!!

These people are scammers the same woman tried to charge my card and changed her name saying she is the manager like I wouldn't recognise her voice!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I am going to report them to the authorities.

Do not trust Last Min Fare Deals or Eros Tours & Travel. They work together to scam people, charging your card under different names to make refunds nearly impossible. They double-charged me with $2200 without my permission, causing a huge mess with my bank, and gave false information that only made things harder. It’s nearly impossible to prove the charges and get a refund – They refunded money after 5 months complained. They don’t have a U.S. office and are clearly running a scam. Save yourself the hassle and book with a different company!

Agent that booked the flight told us we…

Agent that booked the flight told us we could get a credit if we needed to cancel. Upon cancelling ,I received an email confirming cancellation, but the airline still shows the flight as confirmed. After several calls, they are refusing to cancel the flight and hanging up on our request after waiting 30 minutes for an agent. Do not use this scam website!!!

Be CAREFUL!!

Be CAREFUL!!! They are using stolen credit card information to book your flight!!! They not cheap!!! They are stealing credit card information!! The customer who booked with them got into trouble because they used my credit card information to book his flight, charge was disputed for fraud

I was on the phone with for hours with no response

I was on the phone with a representative who entered my info to book a flight to Philippines. I have never traveled outside the country so I did not know my passport info was needed as well, however I still ended up with an eticket. A few days later I got an email stating the flight was cancelled for the 27th and was put onto a flight for the 28th. However that flight had a 14 hour layover so I was looking at their site for other flights. I found another flight and was told there would be a charge to change the flight. Which is BS cause you're the ones who originally changed it!! But I bit the bullet and paid the $75. Now I received an email stating important info is missing and to contact ASAP to rectify the problem. I have called sooooooo many times to take care of this and I either get hung up on or put right back into the queue after being on hold for an hour or more waiting to speak with someone and then have to start all over again. I even called the airlines directly but there was nothing they could do to help. Late last night I was FINALLY able to speak with a representative at this joke of a travel agency and he wanted me to take a picture of my passport and send it through the email I received. I had my reservations in doing it but I was stressed, aggravated and tired of dealing with this for the last 4 hours of trying to get ahold of a live person so I did it. I called the travel agency back this morning and spoke to another representative and she would not listen kept cutting me off and over talking me. At this point I am considering of contacting National Passport Center since God who knows have my personal & passport info with picture included. Stay away from this company at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a round trip flight from…

I booked a round trip flight from Atlanta to BWI (Baltimore-Washington) leaving ATLANTA 6/26/2023 on time but looking at the return flight from BWI, I was scheduled for an late evening flight to return to ATL 6/30/2023, knowing that my reservations was for a a.m. return flight. I called to correct the issue, the attendant told me they had an earlier flight and to change my flight would cost me $70.
The flight was booked but for returning July 28th to the ATL. From the point forward, I tried calling to fix the error, but to no avail, talked with an agent and he said that they would call me back, they didn’t. The next agent I spoke to hung up on me. Needless to say, I got stranded in Washington D.C. and had to drive back home to Atlanta. I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! I pray those who do, have a far better experience than me.

They booked and then cancelled our trip and kept the money

My husband and I booked a roundtrip flight on June 7 to Las Vegas. We checked the airline site today and found that our flight had been cancelled by lastminuteflightdeal.com on the same day we booked and paid for the tickets. We called them and asked for out money back. They said that we were using the wrong confirmation number....mind you, they emailed us the number. They tried to give us another confirmation number and we refused. Asked for our money back since we had bought the travel insurance. They stated they would not refund. Called the insurance company and they had no record of us having it. This site is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! We booked a flight from SLC to Orlando and it was quoted at $298 round trip. We put in all the info required and EVEN PAID at that price. We then got a call saying that another family booked at that same time and they assumed we were together so it is now going to be $500 a person. We explained that we are separate families and are not trying to sit together, we don’t care where we sit but the lady on the phone was beyond rude and very belittling. She kept saying that this is what it’s going to be and we need to pay that extra despite us saying we aren’t together and that we already paid what we were quoted for. She basically told us oh well and HUNG UP on us!! Talk about horrible service! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They are a bunch of liars that use false advertising then have no human decency to let you talk to them about it. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!

I was on Frontier looking for flights…

I was on Frontier looking for flights and it said, ask for help, NO FEE. What a joke after she quickly put in information. i asked, about seat assignments and that was never done. I booked 8 flights and no seats assigned, AND A 185.00 FEE WAS CHARGED TO MY CARD. I have tried numerous times to call and the first two times they hung up before helping me. ALWAYS AN EXCUSE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I
TRAVEL A LOT AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS HOW BAD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. Should have read all the bad reviews before.

On hold for 30 minutes only to be disconnected.

I waited on line for 30 minutes and was then disconnected. I called back and was on hold for another 15 minutes and the same thing happened. I called back and finally got through to someone, only to be told that someone would call me back in 5 minutes. This was after receiving a message from them regarding my reservation to call them back immediately. Of course no one called me back.
Since it is late, in the morning I'll just contact a travel agent to book the flight. Avoid this company like the plague. Customer Service is non existent.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. At the last mnt my flight gets canceled. I reserved back in 11/2022 for a ticket on 1/12/2023. Plenty of time I was under the impression that my ticket was reserved and that everything was good. However, I go in and check and it was canceled without notice and them when I call to ask why it got canceled the guy gave me a laim excuse after having hung up confirming from rep that money was not taken out. He calls me and then tells me there other dates I hung up the phone because I no longer trust their company am no longer interested the guy goes in and charges me any way. When I see the charge mind you two days ahead of time I noticed that the charge was taken out I call again to explain and tell them that I'm not interested the guy tells me that their is nothing they can do. This company is no good. Do not do business with them if don't want your reservations to be canceled last minute and that they take advantage of you, your time, and money. I don't really so reviews but this time I did because this company is crap.

STAY AWAY

Booked a flight to Vegas for the weekend first flight went well return flight was never confirmed by this company even though they send me an email stating that it was. Was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting for a guy to talk for 5 minutes then put me on hold for another 45 minutes. Bottom line is I had to purchase another ticket to get home from a CREDITABLE booking service. Stay away from these scammers you will loose Time,Money and sleep worrying about how you will get home. Hated I had to give them 1 Star, they deserve a -10 stars for their service.

This company is a rip off.

This company is a rip off. They sent me an e-mail saying that the ticket needed to be changed and if I didn't except this change, I could lose my flight. So, I accepted the change. I didn’t request the change, they did. 2 days later 100.00 was taken out of my account to pay for the change. Nowhere did it say I was going to be charged. Plus, the only way they had my card number was for the ticket. I've called the number several times stayed on hold for hours no answer.

LastMinutefaredeal.com is a scam, I tried booking a flight on the phone with one of their agent and he gave me a booking number Agency Booking ID: 2203189016, He requested me to email a copy of my govt issued ID and a copy of my payment card which I did, few minutes later I got a email from them that they were not able to verify my card and that the transaction did not go through. I was surprised next day when i discovered my account has been debited for $1078, I immediately call the company who initially denied charging my card but after making repeated calls to them and my bank LastMinutefaredeal.com accepted they did charged my account but that they have refunded the money back......It is over a month now and I am yet to get my refund back from this fraudulent company. I just filed a claim with my bank and I am still waiting for my bank's response

Lastminutedeal owes me a refund!

I bought 3 tickets in December to Aspen. My return flights got canceled by United 3 times, which is not their fault. But United refunded my baggage balance into the credit card of lastminutedeal and since December I have called LASTMINUTE DEAL at least 10 times and have been left on the phone many times after a 20minute wait. They always tell me that they are processing it, but it just seems like I'm being lied to. If I were you, I would NOT do business with this company. They disrespect you and treat you like s....!
