this company is a fraud

this company is a fraud. they misleading customer and scamming. please beware before you book a flight with them. i booked 9 TICKET WITH . they are a part of sky scanner and when i paid everything , half an later i got an e-mail telling me my booking has been cancelled.
when i called CS the lady first told me she don't know why booking is cancelled. and when i asked my money back immediately she said it will take 5-10 working days. then i request her to transfer to he senior she refused to do so and since then i am calling them and they been telling lies.

flight ticket does not excess!!!

I bought a flight ticket from London to Hong Kong, I received the confirmation email immediately after booking. Unfortunately, my name was written wrongly in the passenger details (extra surname), therefore I called their hotline and got a replied, " it might be because the computer system automatically puts down your name on the form". Anyway, I have double checked before placing the order~ it was totally fine! The customer service said they might CHARGE me for changing the name! It ignores me a lot!

On the other day (4 days after I bought the ticket) , I tried to use the e-ticket number to check whether this ticket excess or not. Again, very disappointed, it doesn't work! And I see the "status" on my account is "Request in progress" (after 9 days I bought the ticket). However, at the top right corner, it shows "CONFIRMED" . SO?? what's wrong?

The customer service hotline told me they usually take 7 days to sort out the problem. But it has been 5 or 6 days since I first called. They still have no reply!!!!

p.s.Over two weeks after I bought the ticket I still have not got any reply from them!!!!! When I called them, I replied: "please wait, the airline didn't reply us yet".
