No refund or customer service reply
I ordered 2 items from Lasula on 18/08/24 and it was delivered 21/08/24.
The dress didn’t suit me and the trousers came faulty. I decided to return these and dropped them off to asda on 28/08/24. The returns policy is returning the items within 14 days of the order being delivered and I have done this. I have emailed to inform them of the faulty trousers and also emailed to chase up the return with no response and obviously no refund. The Asda toyou tracking says I’ve to contact them so I’m a little stuck now.

Where is my return/refund??
Had to return an item as it was far too big. I returned the item through the toyou Asda service on the 27th of may and still don't even have acknowledgement of the return being received despite having emailed twice to find out what's happening. It's put me off ordering again!

Very good customer service
Ordered an item in two different sizes. Paid next day delivery but one of the sizes wasn’t in stock, I emailed them explaining I needed them sooner, they sent one of the items out the next day and refunded me the difference of the next day delivery. Was happy with the size so they then refunded me for the other size I no longer needed, they emailed back straight away with no issues. Excellent customer service and good quality cargo trousers.

AVOID UNLESS YOU’RE HAPPY BEING OUT OF POCKET (or like holes in them)!!!!
Placed an order for a few items. 2 lounge suits and 3 coats. Kept 1 lounge suit and returned the other and kept 2 out of the 3 coats, 1 being a puffer coat. However, I realised there was a rip on the shoulder and processed a return for this also. I really liked the coat so ordered another with a wrap (although I didn’t like the quality of the wrap so returned this also). All items have been received by Lasula as I have tracked them and despite sending emails I have yet to receive my refund for any of the four items! No acknowledgement, nothing. I’m concerned at this point and I’m considering contacting PayPal to see if they can assist as there is no other way to contact this company. To make things worse I’ve noticed there is fault with the stitching inside the pocket, and anything that goes in the pocket disappears and floats around the inside of the maxi coat! I can’t be bothered even trying to send this back as their customer service is so poor. AVOID!!!!

Highly recommend Lasula they have great customer service. Ordering, delivery and returns processes were all very smooth and they keep you upto date answering emails in a timely fashion. They processed a refund no hassle and i definitely wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. A company you can trust.

Great product and wonderful customer service!
I had an issue with my order, the incorrect size was sent out to me. I contacted customer service and they were so quick to come back to me and advise how to return my item. I initially wanted a replacement sent out but then placed another order with them so was happy with that one. I emailed and asked them to refund instead and they were super quick to acknowledge and action it. I can’t rate them enough and really recommend.

I had to return a jacket as the material was not what I was expecting but their communication has been great at keeping me posted on my return.
To update - 17/01/2024 - refund has arrived. So overall very happy 😊

Don’t bother
Ordered a knit coord, sent me a completely different one wrong colour different buttons and no drawstring as well as a completely different fit to the model. Emailed them and they said they had sent out the wrong item (they don’t sell what I received on the website) and I’d I send it back they will send me out the correct item immediately. Sent it back and then they say they don’t have the correct item they need to send it all back to seller so I can have another colour I say what colour they say they don’t have that either. Ended up just getting a refund all the items they told me they don’t have are still up on their website. Obviously just a big scam and false advertising I wouldn’t bother even trying with them!

I bought 2 pairs of pants back in September and sent them back due to not fitting. I am still chasing my refund!
19/10/2023 they replied to say they have processed my refund and i will receive it in 20 days i am still waiting!
There is no contact number so all i can do is send emails it is so frustrating.

Great customer service!
These bad reviews are confusing as I had an amazing experience with Lasula. Recently I ordered a maxi puffer coat which then had issues with the delivery and such. I emailed customer services regarding it and they emailed back within minutes! They looked into it and they were able to provide me a replacement or refund within a short time. I was given Next day delivery which I think is amazing due to the fact Christmas in a few days! I definitely recommend Lasula!

Fancy scamming expecting moms. Surely that is the lowest of the low? Ordered, website looked legit, tracking number sent, tracking number takes you to a Chinese website, no item delivered well over a month now. No reply to emails. Truly the lowest and most desperate form of scammer. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great, impressed with service
I honestly can’t understand the reviews. On Monday I ordered a Co ord outfit and a few other items that arrived next day as paid on Tuesday. I felt all three items were very good quality. I Did have an issue with the Co ord where it was missing the shorts so thought here we go. There was no phone number just an email and I thought it would likely be a week before anyone responds. I go on holiday this evening so emailed Urgent in the title. They responded the next morning and sent out a whole new item next day delivery by 1pm and I received this before our holiday! Can’t fault the service really or the clothes they are lovely! Maybe the bad reviews were teething problems as looks like a new business but I felt they were pretty in the ball! Thank you for your very speedy response and resolution.
