Simply the worst

Simply the worst. I ordered a bag. Months later, I emailed asking why it had yet to ship. I was told that they had shipping delays because of a warehouse change. OK. So I waited. Nothing. I emailed again. No answer. I emailed again. No answer. I emailed again, and it bounced back as non-deliverable. I called, and the phone number is disconnected. They took my money and never shipped product. This could be a criminal enterprise.

Repair / Warranty Enquiry

This is a company who clearly believes in style over substance as they have absolutely no 'after sales' service protocols in their business model. I have been attempting to engage with them for over 3 months now with regard to the so called 'Life time' warranty in regard to a damaged backpack zip which disintegrated after only 3 years of use. [I have another well named brand which I use which is now 6 years old and is still in good working order!!] DO NOT be fooled by their design awards and so called customer comes first policy as this is clearly a ruse to get you to part with hard earned cash for, what turns out to be an inferior product. 'Caveat Emptor' should be the strapline for this company. Very unhappy at the complete lack of contact and a telephone number that rings out with no answer machine and another number listed which no longer exists

Great bags with terrible customer service

I have three Lat56 bags. They look great and the majority of the bag construction and materials are good looking and super-tough. But, on one laptop bag the shoulder strap wore out and fell apart after a couple of years and on another laptop bag the zip broke, again after a number of years. That would be OK if it were not for the fact that they pretend they have a lifetime warranty, which in fact is only five years old, but even worse, they don't respond to emails so in fact their warranty is totally worthless. It is extremely disappointing because in all other ways I love the bags

Issues resolved; satisfied customer

There were some supply chain issues that the company is still dealing with but the Owner Kevin responded back to my email and made things right and kept me psoted. I was very happy with the product.

Lights are on, Nobody home!!…

After seeing several very positive youtube videos about their suit packing system, I waited patiently until they showed it back in stock. I ordered and payed $129 USD via paypal. I immediately received a shipping delay response asking me to be patient for an update. I tried contacting their customer service several times unsuccessfully. After 38 days of no contact, I finally filed for a paypal refund and waited another 2 weeks. Although the website is still fully functional, I believe they are basically out of business. Terrible ecommerce experience.

Delivery somewhat fraught....

Ordered the Mclaren backpack and paid extra for next day delivery. When the tracking info was sent it turned out the item was in the USA, with no chance of delivery any time soon. Delivery surcharge was refunded promptly, but then when it did arrive in the UK the item got caught by customs/parcelforce and was eventually delivered 2 weeks after order. Much correspondence was needed to resolve. Product overall is OK, but service experience very poor.

A terrible experience

Ordered a McLaren suitcase a few weeks before my holiday. Was contacted a couple of weeks later and told item was unavailable and offered a different item or a refund. Requested a refund and from this point on received poor customer service, days between responses and refund never paid despite numerous promises. As I'd paid with a debit card there was a convoluted process to go through with the bank but ultimately bank refunded the money. Terrible service.
