No communication or product. No response in request for refund or status update. Had to have my bank deal with the issue. Scammers…

This website is 100% scam they took my money and now I can’t get the contact me after I’ve sent numerous emails they don’t have a number to call them which is a dead giveaway

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH LATA KIDS
I placed an order for clogs. They came quickly and shipping charge was only $3.40. They were a birthday gift for my grandson. They were too small. When I requested an exchange, they refused. No refunds either. Thie NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGE policy is nowhere to be found on website or invoice. My grandson is VERY disappointed and so am I . What a SCAM! Sorry I ever saw their website. Not reputable.

I ordered shoes from here, it didn't give me a delivery date, but shoes where here in 2 weeks, thank you so much!

ORDER IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! When order was placed I expressed that my child uses youth 13k in US shoe. Nothing was done in regards to order or notes when order was placed they sent a croc that doesn’t even fit my childs foot.
Very poor business etiquette nothing can be returned or they will take a return but not return your money.
Dont waste your time!

Do not order from Latakids! They took forever to send an order and then instead of the crocs I ordered for my granddaughter, they send a pair of very large men’s sneakers. I have send many emails asking for a refund and instructions for returning the sneakers and they do not respond except for an automated email that says they are “working on it”. I am out 45$ and that’s not right.

Do not use this company unless you just want to give them your money, because all they keep doing is sending your emails with the same thing over and over and over and not resolving your problem at all

I ordered Peanuts crocs for my daughter's 15th bday on 05/22, thinking they would arrive by June 9th. Wrong. They were delivered yesterday and they are the wrong item. I was sent Duncan Donuts crocs. I am trying to return the items for a refund, but not sure what will happen. According to their return policy the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I don't feel it's fair for me to pay to ship something I did not order. Not pleased with this online retailer at all and will not order from them again.
