Through my sister I came to know this…

Through my sister I came to know this brand and I have to admit that I instantly fell in love with the designs. They're not just belts, but unique and exquisite artworks that make any outfit stand out. When speaking to client service they were very professional. Will for sure buy more from them and recommend them!

Possibly scammers

Paid for my order. Never received a confirmation of my order or payment. They have no telephone number where you can reach them, and don't answer their emails. Can only hope that I will receive my purchase or a refund.

Poor quality, plastic material

Poor quality, leather is made of plastic. Customer service is horrendous. Beautiful design but unfortunately no quality.

When we informed you that the cost of collection and redelivery would be €15, you claimed that our quality was terrible. It is a shame that you changed your opinion about the quality.
We recommend that when you buy from online stores, you check the exchange and return policy to understand the conditions of purchase, as the €15 cost is included in it.

Fake leather and even worse service

Fake leather, poor quality and even worse customer service.

The product is beautiful but the quality is horrible. The leather is nowhere near 100% leather as they claim (you can feel and hear it crackling).

The product took three weeks to arrive (not the 4-6 days) and I received a tracking number that never showed where the product was for pickup.
I had to call every major shipment company to get a hold of the product as Latch’s support doesn’t answer.

Sizing is completely off by at least 5cm.

I recently purchased a couple of belts…

I recently purchased a couple of belts from LatchBrand, and I have to say that the quality is good! The materials feel durable, and the designs are stylish, making them a great addition to my wardrobe. They fit well and are comfortable enough for all-day wear. I appreciate the variety of colors and styles available.

However, my experience with customer support was quite disappointing. When I reached out for assistance regarding an order issue, I found the response time to be excessively long, and the representatives were not particularly helpful in resolving my problem. It felt frustrating to not receive the support I expected.

In summary, while I love the belts themselves and their quality, the customer service experience leaves much to be desired. I hope LatchBrand can improve their support system to match the excellent products they offer. Overall, I’d recommend the belts, but be prepared for potential challenges if you need to reach out for help.

Poor quality and bad customer service

Problem with the quality of the leather after a few uses. Contacted customer service who explained that this never happens and that they would not replace the product. Unsatisfied with the response, I expressed my dissatisfaction. I received an email from Sofia, introducing herself as the CEO of Latch, who wrote to me in July that they were going to send me a new belt. 4 months later, despite 3 reminders, I still haven't received anything and no-one is replying to my emails. I don't recommend buying from this site.

Mangelhafter Kundenservice

Mangelhafter Kundenservice!
Mein bestellter Gürtel ist bis dato nicht angekommen. Laut Sendungsverfolgung hängt der Gürtel bei GLS fest. Bei Latchbrands kümmert sich keiner um mein Anliegen, ich bekomme keinerlei Hilfestellung oder eine Ersatzlieferung.
Auf meine mehrmalig Nachfrage erlaubt sich die Firma auch noch unverschämte Emails zu versenden, direkt vom Kundenservice.
Bin enttäuscht - Hände weg ! Unseriös! Gott sei Dank habe ich über PayPal bezahlt. PayPal wird sich darum kümmern.
Poor customer service!
The belt I ordered has not arrived yet. According to the tracking information, the belt is stuck at GSL. At Latchbrands, no one is taking care of my problem, I am not getting any help or a replacement delivery.
After I asked several times, the company even sent rude emails directly from customer service.
I am disappointed - keep your hands off! Unreliable! Thank God I paid via PayPal. PayPal will take care of it.

Worst shopping experience

Avoid this online store.
On their website is stated FREE exchanges and returns for Spain AND PORTUGAL. I’ve placed my order from Portugal and they want to charge me €15 for the exchange.
Worst purchasing experience from a Spanish online store.
Absolutely no idea how to run costumer service.
The messages sent are arrogant and disdainful.
Plus they delete complaint comments on their Instagram account.

UPDATE:
The fact that the brand replies in such arrogant way after 2 Years !!! Says it all about the management of the company.
