Following a malfunction in my Sat Nav, Brian talked me through a host of potential remedies, via email. We were eventually able to diagnose a problem with the disk that has probably been caused by a dirty player. Laser cleaned, new disks received and everything now working perfectly. Very impressive service, thank you.

Placed my order with latestsatnav and the update disc arrived a couple of days after..tried to do the update but my VW RNS510 unit just wouldn’t load the disc..got in touch with Brian at latestsatnav company who was very quick to respond and very helpful once I explained the problem..a few days later some replacement update software was at my door and now my unit is updated..a massive thank you and will recommend you in the future

I ordered the latest discs for my Jaguar xkr. A little long in delivery, turned out to be my rubbish postal service. The disc was loaded as per the instructions. It was a little scary when the navigation button was greyed out on the touchscreen, but the firmware loaded in a few minutes. The maps work perfectly. A little annoying that the new road outside my window is not on the map, but the new bypass is. Now about to order the updated disc for my Nissan Navara.

I was concerned at installing as there were no instructions but it went smoothly, no problem at all. Eject old disc insert new one and just let it get on with it. I was disappointed at first that it did not default to UK maps and so Post Codes didn't work but when UK selected all was OK. I have not been anywhere yet to test the maps, just local. I did notice that one or two other none navigation screens changed but all worked fine. My only other disappointment was that, for XJ Jaguars, the latest maps are 2012, six years old, why is that I wonder. It is a pity that the Sat Nav system couldn't be up-dated but I suppose that is too much to ask.

I have now had my "XF" for 10 years and the satnav was becoming noticeably out of date, prompting me to look for a replacement disc. Reviews for this Company and its product were excellent and which I have now found to be totally justified. The new disc was with me within 48 hours of ordering and loading was very easy, taking about 8 minutes. The old disc was ejected, the new one inserted and the "continue" instruction on the dashboard screen was pressed. I had the engine running during this time as I didn't know how much power would be taking from the battery and didn't want the possibility of loading stopping half way through. When first loaded there was no audio, which initially concerned me but after switching off the engine and leaving for a short while, everything was functioning perfectly. Recommended all round from installation, functioning, cost and fine service from "LatestSatNav."

Delivered really quickly. I ordered the wrong disc in error and they were feet in getting the correct one identified and sent out to me as replacement.
