You're right on both counts. The date slips, and an 08:00-18:00 window is not a delivery slot, it's a lost working day. We're pushing our carriers on real time windows and on tracking that actually updates. If you have an order still open, send us the order number at info@latiendadelapicultor.com and we'll chase it directly. Sorry for the wasted time.

No empathy for customers
No empathy for customers. You order then nothing happens. It is necessary to insist every day that after 2 weeks they ship part of the order. That is, they have too many orders to manage. Cross your fingers so that it is the right products that arrive because if they are wrong they do not return anything until they have recovered the wrong products. No need to tell them that you can't work in the meantime they don't derogate from their procedure. And no need to ask them for a gesture on the next order they clearly answer that they do nothing. And when the order arrives broken (pot of honey) the same we wait for him to ask the carrier if it is true to believe the customer

Stéphane, the hardest part of this to argue with is the procedure itself: holding the correct item until the wrong one is back in our warehouse protects us and leaves you unable to work. Same with asking the carrier before we believe you about a broken honey pot. Both are being reviewed, and chasing us every day for two weeks is not something we can defend either. On your order, write to info@latiendadelapicultor.com with the order number and we'll deal with whatever is still open, including the broken pot.

Very late delivery
When I ordered, my command was supposed to be sent within 4 days.
Actually it was sent 4 weeks later !
One piece of the equipment was also slightly damaged.
It’s a pity, but the rest of the order is fine and good quality.
