Bad experience 2 times
As the other customer here, I ordered the first time in April, and the owner said, she couldn't deliver, because it would be to heavy!!! Never heard something like this.
Than, I tryed again last week - and the pack gone lost! and I received nothing til now. I hope to be refounded, if the pack will not be found.
Unfortunatelly I cannot recommend.

Poor customer service
placed the order in this online shop for the first time and will never do it again. I received one product, which by the time it was delivered, was past its expiration date by 1 or 2 days. I wrote an email to the company and they replied something like when it was packed it was still before the expiration date. I was speechless... I would have accepted a small discount for the next order, but was not offered even that. When I asked for the discount, I was told that I already took advantage of the free delivery and 10% discount for the first order, so there was nothing else they could offer me. Well, I "took advantage" of the free delivery because it was my first order and it was for almost 60 EUR, which was the requirement for it. So the worst customer experience... Also, coffee was with the expiration date in about one month and candies were also not fresh. So I wouldn't recommend this online shop, look for something else.
