Gorgeous flowers and great customer service
I was worried sending flowers to my aunt who lives in Panama would be difficult since I live in the United States (especially since my Spanish isn’t the best), but LatinFlores made everything so much easy! Honestly I was very scared at first because I never order flowers online before they did arrive a little late but she got them at the end of the day!!!! They communicated all the way through the delivery with me it was very professional and helpful to calm my nervousness since I thought I got scammed but I will be definitely buying again !!! The flowers looked exactly like the photo the card note was exactly how I wrote it thank you you definitely got a permanent costumer.

Excelent servicio from USA to Mexico City!. Gran variedad de flores. Very affordable prices and offers. Muy facil de comunicase con LatinFlores.com (bilingüe). The ballons delivered with the flowers are not in English. They are the same size and "same message" but in coloquial Spanish, no mal. Order flowers for a celebration 1 week ahead and pay for them, so that I can receive messages from them on the day of delivery that they can't do the quantity for what I pay for and can be half of stuff, and they didn't deliver anything. Still waiting for a refund. Scam page.

I paid $62 for flowers, and I already felt like it was too much for the amount they were going to provide. I confirmed delivery date, and on that day they send me a message claiming they can't deliver it without me paying an extra $100. Total scam.

First time bad, second chance was good
I ordered flowers including chocolates. The bouquet was delivered on the same day, however most of the flowers were old not fresh, and the chocolates were not delivered.
Update #2: ✅ After contacting customer service, they offered to send another bouquet. I confirmed that it was delivered, and the quality this time was better, with the chocolates included. They have great customer service.

Very, very satisfied and will order again.
I ordered on-line and their site was very easy to navigate. You can use Paypal which is great too. I ordered at 10am for deliver same day and the delivery was made on-time. The selection of flowers and arrangements is extensive and the final product was beautiful and matched what I was expecting. I was contacted via email to keep me informed of the order status which gives you confidence it is being processed and will deliver on-time.

Great company to deal with and very customer focused
Nice company to deal with and very transparent and responsive. There were some delivery delays due to some difficulties with logistics and availability that meant the flowers were delivered later than expected. However, LatinFlower kept me informed throughout and I had always the option to cancel if required. I decided to wait instead. When delivery did take place in the end they had upgraded the flowers significantly (to a much nicer and larger bucket) as a free gesture & compensation which was really appreciated. They looked absolutely stunning, and the receiver was very very happy with the flowers. So all in all I would recommend LatinFlores and will definitely use their services next time I am looking to send flowers. Problems with deliveries can happen in all companies, but not everyone would deal with it in such a customer focused way that LatinFlowers did, so I would like to applaud them for that.
