Excellent course

We had two half-day sessions with Gareth Kinsella, one on record keeping and report writing and one on capacity and consent. Both sessions were excellent. Gareth was an extremely engaging speaker, who was clearly very knowledgeable about the topics and facilitated good discussion. He had no problem holding our interest for the full day. It was certainly the best training day that I had attended in years, and my colleagues felt the same. I would wholeheartedly recommend others do this course.

The training I received on Best Practice in how to Respond to a Serious Incident Scenario was outstanding. The trainer was excellent - he engaged with all of us throughout - at no point during the two days did I tune out. He did not rely on powerpoint or stumble trying to find notes - his experience as a barrister gave a fascinating and I think invaluable extra dimension to the training. In short the best training experience I have had since I started in the public service 20 years ago.

La Touche Courtroom Skills- Highly recommended!

My team and myself recently went through a days training with La Touche on Court room skills. The content and delivery methods were excellent (involved theory and group participation) and the facilitator Ian Thomas was a barrister was excellent in knowledge and how he delivered the training. A well recommended course for those that attend court as part of their role in work.

Recording and Report Writing

I attended the Recording and Report Writing day training in March.
I found it relevant to the work I do.
It was informative, the presentation was clear, precise, easy to follow and understand, as well as interesting.
I came away from the training with skills and relevant knowledge to apply to my work.

Kevin White was a fantastic trainer and I would highly recommend him for this type of training. I took part as part of a group training session and he used different techniques with each trainee. He was very good at explaining why and where certain techniques would be used and ways to deal with them.
Each trainee received feedback on their performance in the mock court situation and the feedback was constructive and useful.

It's all down to the person delivering the information really. Martin Fitzgerald, barrister at law delivered the training and he was excellent. He made it very interesting and easy for the common person to understand what goes on in a courtroom. It was a full day course, but it only seemed like a few hours. Would well recommend.

Would Highly Recommend La Touche Training Courses

I attended the Employment Law: Rights, Investigations, Disputes and Redress Training Day. I found La Touche very professional and helpful throughout my dealings with them. The seminar itself was thoughtfully constructed and effectively presented. The trainer was informative, easy to understand and eager to answer questions. The entire day was very enjoyable and I found that I came away with a greater understanding of the area and with good directions on where to seek further information.
