I have been using LaunchCDN for 6ish months. I was seeking a host for about 50 websites - so far I moved 15 onto LaunchCDN. I did a ton of reading on BHW threads/reviews before choosing LaunchCDN. I don't really think I came across too many "positive" reviews for any of these types of hosting companies. However, I have not had a single issue with LaunchCDN. Moreover, I'm quite pleased with my experience thus far. LaunchCDN does exactly what they claim to do - provide hosting to people in need of such specific services. Though, this is not the reason for my 5-star review. The reason I am so pleased with their service is the support I've received. LaunchCDN provides 24 hour support, and they are lightning fast. Even one of my staff were absolutely shocked at how quickly the support responds, and resolves tickets. I am only one person with tons of websites, so my experience may not apply to everyone, but I literally don't have a single complaint. LaunchCDN is incredibly cost effective for my needs, and their support is absolutely incredible. If you have a very specific use case for hosting like this, I am confident most people will share my experience.

SCAMMERS!
As soon as you add your payment card to their service, it becomes impossible to remove it. The "remove" button simply doesn’t work and redirects you back to the dashboard without deleting the card. If you try to access the "Change Plan" section, the page won’t open, preventing you from canceling your subscription. If you attempt to create a support ticket after these actions, you’ll encounter an error and the ticket creation page won’t open either.
Everything is designed to capture your card details and continuously charge you without giving you any option to stop it. This is outright fraud, not a legitimate service.

This service platform has the exact same UI as bulkbuyhosting.com, from signup to payment to operation. I don't know who started the service first and the other platform copied it, or if one person runs both sites at the same time, but it's exactly the same.

Also, when you register a domain, you're asked to register a nameserver, and the nameservers don't reflect for a few hours, which is also the same on both sites.

I've been testing different PBN hosting companies for a few days, paying for all of them, and, well... Not the worst service, but definitely a bad service.

I'm turning this into a 3-star review after a few more months of experience with this company.

A few things worth mentioning:

1) They mask IP addresses but due to blocking of Ahrefs and such it was impossible to see. Only after requesting them to stop blocking crawlers I could see up to 10 sites on the very same IP. Their response: "We serve IP's based on location", that may be true but that doesn't change the fact that Ahrefs shows that many sites on the same IP, so if Ahrefs can see that so can Google.

2) Constant nameserver changes are needed, not just because something got broken on my end. It just happens randomly when they change things on their side. This happens a little too frequently for my liking.

3) When a site doesn't load during set up they require me to change the namservers upto three times for a single domain so they need a better system to solve these things as it drives me mad to constantly log in at domain registrars to change it again and again.

5) There was another issue because they use BunnyCDN which doesn't allow them to whitelist my server IP so my AI generation script would constantly fail on sites hosted there. The founderr helped me to set up a host file to bypass that so that's at least something positive.

The folks from Site Arrow are great to work with. We have had several dead sites that needed resurrection and they have done a SUPERLATIVE job on them. All it takes is generally a point in the right direction and they churn out some very standards-oriented WP sites.

They use mainstream plugins so you don't get a site back and discover that you now need to go buy $300 worth of plugin licenses.

They are usually very speedy and return sites in a week in most cases. The owner is usually the one to converse with you should you need anything of note.

Can't say enough good things about them. Very satisfied!

I am very satisfied with my experience with LaunchCDN. I placed several sites with them, and the result exceeded expectations. Servers work stably.

At any time, when questions arose, the support staff was ready to promptly help not only with server issues, but also with settings, as well as problems in WordPress.

It is this level of professionalism and attention to clients that makes this company an excellent choice.
