I had trouble loading Microsoft Office Suite. I emailed and received a response quickly. It turns out I needed to repair MS 365, which fixed my problem. The email to download Suite arrived promptly and instructions were easy.

I purchased Microsoft office suite and was a little concerned about getting the link. I was worried maybe it wasn't a real company but when I emailed them they responded right away with the link and it works great. You just don't get this kind of customer service much any more.

This review is for diningdollars.com. At first I didn't notice a 72hr wait time on a Disney certificate. But I was planning to visit the park the next day. I contacted customer support and they rushed the order for me, just in time for my park visit. People might think it's a scam, but it's just another way to save a few percent of you already plan to spend $50 or $100.

I purchased my MS 2019 a year ago and just got around to installing it. I was worried they wasn’t going to be able to help since it was so long ago and thought I wasn’t going to get a response when contacting customer service, but was very surprised when I received a prompt response. They were willing to help every step of the way and I was able to get it install. I’m so thankful for them and their support.

I forgot to install after purchasing and send them an email and got the response the next day promptly. It works good and for a good one time price i got MS office 2019 32 bit or 64 bit.

Purchased what was supposed to be a subscription to Microsoft Office. The package they sold me allows 0% of what I need. Every single tool & feature is blocked. The program freezes up and plays ads. I was eventually denied access the program at all, even with the access codes they provided.
Contacted customer support for help and was told to disable my antivirus software so they could download something onto my computer! Requested a refund but they refused. I will never purchase anything offered by this site again.

The original code didn’t work. I had to go through multiple codes and emails to finally get it to work. I asked for a number to call and troubleshoot it, but they didn’t provide any other way to communicate other than email. I wouldn’t use them again.

Addendum:
The company reached out, refunded the purchase price, and gave me a gift card. The customer service was great.

I wasn’t really expecting much when I contacted customer service, but was pleasantly surprised when I received a response a short time later. And they completely took care of my problem! I wish all businesses I dealt with were as efficient and professional as this one!

Customer Service goes above and beyond. Our purchase resulted in a product key that was not valid. I sent an email and received a response within minutes. The issue was resolved within an hour. I am very impressed with the speedy results.

I contacted support via e-mail.
I had a response within 3 hours with new activation codes with an explanation of why they didn't work
originally.
New codes worked.
Totally satisfied.

I was having a having a hard time accessing the links to redeem my codes and the customer service was very quick and clear in helping me get my promotions.
