It's a scam they promise a done fo you survive that will make 100k a year 90 days when I complained about it the government went in trying to delete the emails and help them scam people they are Pakistani criminals. They di nothing but creat a webpage withh typos they said they would fix they never did they didn't complete the service or refund moneys aid the rest of money would come from profits money never made any. Hun My experience with Launch My Agency / CANZ Marketing has been a complete nightmare and one of the worst business decisions I have made.

The program is marketed as a “done-for-you” system to build and scale a digital marketing agency. In reality, my experience was the opposite. The program felt extremely disorganized, poorly managed, and far from the professional service that was promised. There were constant delays, unclear direction, and major execution issues. At times campaigns were launched before accounts were even properly configured, which led to wasted time and money.

I followed the process they outlined and participated in the program for months trying to make it work. Despite this, the results were minimal and nowhere close to what was represented when the program was sold.

One of the main reasons I enrolled was because the agreement includes a refund guarantee stating that if the client follows the process and does not generate $8,000 per month within 180 days, the client is entitled to a refund. When I requested the refund under that clause, the situation became even worse. Instead of honoring the agreement, I have been stuck in a long dispute trying to get my money back.

The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. What was sold as a professional agency-building program ended up feeling amateur, chaotic, and poorly executed.

I strongly advise anyone considering this program to think very carefully before signing up. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Launch My Agency or CANZ Marketing.

I’ve been with Launch My Agency since May 2024, and throughout nearly two years, I've experienced some life struggles that set me back in my timeline and meeting my goals. My experience with Launch My Agency (LMA) has been very positive.
Since joining, I have been contacted by seven different members of the LMA team, including the Head of Sales, whom I speak with every other week and he also hosts an open Q&A session three times per week. I have also had interactions with both the COO and the CEO.
Communication has been consistent and readily available. The team hosts daily open Q&A sessions covering different stages of the agency growth journey, which provides ample opportunity to join calls, ask questions, and learn from the experiences of others in the community.
In addition, I was assigned a dedicated operations specialist whose role is to help ensure I achieve results and stay on track with implementation.

I joined Launch My AI Agency a few months ago to learn how to properly structure and launch my AI agency.

Recently, Waleed helped rebuild my landing page, and the difference compared to what I had before is very noticeable. The structure, messaging, and overall presentation are much clearer and better aligned with the offer I’m trying to present.

Iman and Waleed were both responsive throughout the process and delivered a landing page that looks far more professional and polished than my earlier version.

I also appreciate Matthew’s coaching and guidance. His support has helped me better understand how to position my agency and approach the business more strategically.

The best part of LMA is probably all of the support you get throughout your journey even when I’m suffering from self-doubt or limiting beliefs. I have been working with the Launch My Agency for last six months. They helped me set up the marketing agency. I've been working with Matthew Iglesias as my CSM at LMA, and I want to give you a straight-up, honest take on what it's actually like.

What Matthew Brings:

Matthew is a solid CSM with real experience helping students build their agencies. He's been through this process many times and knows where people get stuck. He doesn't sugarcoat things, which I appreciate. He tells you what's working, what's not, and what you need to fix.

The LMA Resources:

The resources are there. LMA does a good job following up with students. You're not left hanging wondering what to do next. They provide dedicated coaching calls and regular office hours where you can get specific questions answered.

You also get your own private Slack channel with different team members from LMA who help with various aspects of running an agency, from operations to sales to fulfillment. It's a real support system.

That said, you also need to be proactive. Although LMA checks in and supports everyone, it is your responsibility to communicate the issues and challenges you're facing. Do not wait for your CSM to ask. Speak up early, share what you're struggling with, and use the support available to you. The more transparent and proactive you are, the more you will get out of the program.

The Reality Check:

Now here's what you need to understand. This is not a walk in the park. This is not get rich quick. This is not a done-for-you program where someone hands you clients while you sit back. Even though they have a Done-For-You, I am not a student so I cannot speak about that.

This requires humility. You need to be coachable and willing to take direction, even when it's not what you want to hear. You need to show up on calls with your camera on and actually participate. You need to give back to the community and add value, not just take. And you need serious self-belief and hard work.

If you're the type to give up quickly because something didn't work the first time, this isn't for you. If you can't troubleshoot problems and maintain a positive mindset when things get tough, this isn't for you.

You will hit obstacles. Things will break. Campaigns will fail. That's part of the process. The question is, will you work through it or quit?

My Recommendation:

If you have a genuine desire to succeed and you're willing to put in the real work, not the "I'll try for two weeks" kind of work, but the long haul commitment, then I recommend Matthew Iglesias as your CSM.

He will help you get there. But you have to meet him halfway.

This is a partnership, not a handout. If you're ready for that, reach out to Matthew. So far I am happy with LMA and Matthew. Give them a chance.

They held my hand and built me a fully operating business. From setting up to closing clients. I was very hands off only put in 10 hours a week. My coach Aaron was phenomenal always gave me grass insight to succeed and was always available. Def recommend if you want to start up a business just keep in mind you would need to take over and do everything yourself once you stop working with them.
