This company is a scam- they will never refund your money. I spent 40 dollars to ship products back to China and never received a refund.

I would say that the quality is actually not that bad for the price you pay. But that's if you actually get the product you pay for. I ordered 3 bathing suits. They delivered only one and then claimed they delivered the others separately, but used the same tracking/shipping number so there was no way for me to confirm anything. Every time I contacted them about it they would just say it was shipped and "I hope you get item soon" That was 3 months ago and I never got them. They have zero interest in refunding me either because they claim it was delivered and give me the same copy and paste response every time I reach out. What a ridiculous company.

I purchased two swimsuits from them. The suits were not exactly as shown and because they are from China (which I was not aware of when ordering, or I would not have ordered), its pretty much impossible to exchange or return. When I was sent an opportunity to review my purchase, I decided to do so in order to help others who might be in the same situation as me (not being aware the items are coming from china and that the quality is cheap and is not as presented as in the photos). I submitted the review and was told my review had to be "approved". I looked at the other reviews and to my amazement there are ONLY four and five star reviews, so basically they are only "approving" the top reviews. This is depriving innocent potential buyers the right of true reviews that will educate them on information about this company that all of the previous buyers did not have when we bought our suits.

Horrible customer service and product! I bought a swimsuit with expedited shipping. When it arrived, I noticed that it was poorly constructed and wanted to return and receive a refund. The bottom portion of the swimsuit, one side was higher than the other, the threading was messy like a small child had sewn it together, extra thread was sticking out and extra fabric weren't cut off. I complained and sent pictures of the issues and they just told me there's nothing wrong with. DO NOT BUY FROM LAUNIQ! They are fraudulent, unprofessional thieves!

Any good honest company who cares about their business would have apologized, allow for a return and refund for a defective item immediately, especially with photo evidence, so as not to tarnish their business. Obviously Launiq is not one of the good honest companies and doesn't care about customers satisfaction only about taking their money.

This is possibly the worst shopping experience I have ever had! Not only has it taken over six weeks- and I still have not received all the items I ordered, the two items I did receive were awful. I asked to return them and they said I have to send them back to China and pay for the shipping. Do not waste your time ordering from this awful company

Do not order from here!!! i repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered 4 bathing suits from Launiq and paid extra for express shipping (3 days) after 8 days of not receiving my order or any shipping details I reached out to Launiq requesting information about my order stating that it was late and past the 3 day shipping that I paid for. Their response "could you please wait a little while?" Unsatisfied with their response I reached back out requesting a refund for the shipping fees I paid for which they ignored my request and told me they would send part of my order while waiting for the rest. After the poor customer service and unmet shipping expectations I requested a full refund for my order and to have my order cancelled. Without any response from the company for 20 hours they shipped my order anyway and emailed me "Your parcel has been shipped, can not be cancelled, sorry for the inconvenience" Still not refunding me any of the shipping fees I paid for. Do yourself a favor and purchase your bathing suits from somewhere else.
