The perimenopause day retreat was extremely well organised, informative and relaxing. I learned so much and gain many new tools to help guide me through my journey. I was particularly impressed with how knowledgeable both Laura and Nicola are in this field. I would recommend this day retreat to anyone having troublesome symptoms from perimenopause.

What a super blend of oils, I knew these oils would be great, as Laura is such a gifted and experienced herbalist, they have certainly exceeded my expectations. The cards to show you the different points to apply are great, and fit perfectly into your wallet. And they smell divine! The pillow spray is a must if sleep is an issue, and the up and down are firm favourites! Well done, a great product.
