My order was never sent yet my money was removed from my account. Your customer service is sorely lacking and I have not ordered since because this was the second time this happened. I refuse to pay to lodge a complaint and there is not a simple way to say what was the problem.

I really like the products
I really like the products! The foundation, blush, and highlighter are easy to apply. I really like the Spakle base. I did have an issue with the compact for the foundation breaking, which makes it difficult to store it in a makeup bag now. I also don’t love the lipstick shade that came with my kit, although I ordered another shade separately that I do like.

I like the products
I like the products, as a matter of fact I have always been very pleased with everything I have bought. What I don't like is the constant emails and texts messages. I have not ordered in a while and have blocked the company from my texts after repeatedly asking to not be bothered so often.

Almost 50 and it feels and looks good
I ordered their 3 piece starter kit that included their Baked-n-brighten correcting foundation and the Best of Baked face palette and I love the foundation. The palette is okay, but the shadow has very low pigmentation. You have to use a lot for it to really pop.
I love that the foundation is light weight because I’m almost 50 and I worry about my fine lines/wrinkles. The blush is okay as well, but I do like the toe shades of highlighter. Sometimes I pair it with my shadow.
I just ordered their light and full coverage kit in two different shades to confirm my right color, and to see which I like best. I like that they give you 14days to try it and return it at no charge if you’re not happy.

I wish I could have given this company zero stars.I was so excited to try this foundation I have never been so disappointed in a company. The order I placed showed the Baked and Bright foundation, two brushes and a palette of eye shadow, bronzer,highlighter, blush.All I received was the palette. After much back and forth I was told ,that was all that was included in my purchase. Why then I ask did I have to chose my foundation shade ?My order confirmation showed all the items.They said they are sorry the ad was misleading, They are another Rip off the customer company.I was told I could either return the product at a $25 cost to me or they offered to give me a discount on the items I ordered in the first place. Like I would order another damn thing from them.So I'm stuck with there crappy product! Their Support team should be NON Support.I have never be given such the run around. Wanted a picture of the items I didn't recieve.Poor customer service and misleading ads will eventually catch up with you.I plan on letting everyone I know to not order from this screw the customer company!POSC!!!!
