Utter scam... they tried 5 times to charge my card but my bank stopped 2.
They have charged me for 3 items but I only ordered 1. The items I didn't want has been delivered and very cheap nasty items that I didn't order and still haven't received my original order. Scam, disgraceful..I just want a full refund but they are making it very difficult due to no fault from me..scam..scam..scam.

Please Please avoid this company!!! Such a scam selling cheap shoes purchased from China at such highly inflated prices the quality is appalling. On complaint they offered a 50% discount then failed to refund me. They suggested that returning the items back abroad would cost me the customer more than the purchase price, so under duress I agreed to the discount that they have failed to refund. I will be reporting this company to the Financial Ombudsman, totally disgusted in how this company operates.

I had ordered a jacket from LauraPaul London on 6th Dec. Despite numerous assurances from them I have still not received my order. And they have offering 20% on refund on my order. This is really inappropriate and irresponsible on LauraPaul London. Never buy from them. A big scam.

Xmas disaster!!!
Thought I was buying my wife a beautiful coat for Xmas. What she got was a cheap, nasty, poorly made piece of chinese crap that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. When I requested a refund they had the cheek to offer a 10% discount on my next purchase instead... NEXT PURCHASE??!! I don't think so

Don’t buy from this site . They are an absolute scam . I received a coat that looked nothing like the one on their website. The colour was different and the fabric is cheap and the cut . Awful! They come from China ! As for being able to return this product I was refused and their website says that they accept returns . When they don’t . I eventually got 50-% of the purchase price back but the coat has been thrown away as it’s so awful. Customer service accused me of ordering multiple item just to pick one . They are rude ! I ordered only one coat and wasn’t allowed to return it ! Please DONT order from this company. It’s a scam !!!

Absolute Scam the delivered article is nothing like the one advertised. They’ve spent good money on quality advertising but you receive a cheap item from China 🇨🇳 stay clear don’t waste your money

Fancy website giving the assumption its London/Uk based but orders placed come from China from the AliExpress platform.
Quality of garments bought were poor and would have returned had the fees to return not been excessive
Delivery took about 2 weeks to arrive

Bunch of liars, they selling products from China highly overpriced.

I ordered a stylish Elliot jacket on the website. It turned out to be slightly smaller than expected, but after a quick response by email, I received a larger size. I had to pay the shipping costs myself, but this was communicated openly from the outset. Thanks to Emma from customer service.

SCAM!! Are not who they say they are. Looks very trustworthy and they shower you with updates on your order, which took 17 days to arrive, from China! The item is not as described; badly made, not true to size, made of cheap material and had no label. AWFUL!
