Unfortunately the item I ordered didn’t fit but the ordering process was simple and exchanging the item was easy. Makes a huge difference when you’re a shape that needs to try things on before keeping!

Really great shop with lovely, high quality clothes. Delivery was quick and the clothes were packaged really nicely, and the addition of a little hot chocolate sachet inside was a really lovely touch.
Would highly recommend, and will be shopping here again!

I found laurella mama on Facebook and like the ethos and fun of the company. The clothes are modelled by someone who has a normal body shape which is refreshing. I bought 3 items and I am sending back 2. This is disappointing but more disappointing is that I have to pay for returns too. So all in I will have paid an extra £6/7 for one item. This puts me off using the company again as clothing is much more likely to need to be returned than other items.

This was my first time to order from them. The item was dispatched quickly and well package with a few sweet treats included! The jumper I ordered was really nice quality, much better than a lot of other online clothing I’ve received before. True to size so really pleased with it.
