A joke, they sent the wrong shoes and refuse to answer emails. Other goods OK but certainly not the quality promised.

BEWARE - ALSO under the name LAUREN BOUTIQUE These shoes are absolutely appalling. They do not look like the ones pictured at all! I paid $70 for a pair of plastic worse than Kmart $10 shoes. They don’t fit as they are definitley not a size 40 and they are bent out of shape because the delivery person shoved them in my letterbox! They are such poor quality they are close to snapping! Response was send them back and get something else. Absolutle scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From Lauren Boutique!!!!

If I could score less than one star I would. The first time I wore the shoes the inside strap came out of its stitching. Had it repaired. The third time the outside strap came out of its stitching. Not having it repaired again!

Quality of product terribly poor and cheap.
I asked to send back the product as I was disappointed (I’ve ordered a matching suits for work and it looked like a pyjama I’m not even exaggerating)
They insisted on giving me points to spend instead of refund. After multiple back and forth on insisting that I just want to return it and get my money back they finally provided it.
Posted with surprising extra fees, yes, it’s not a AUS company as they pretend to be, but a Chinese factory where you have to send back your order. Posted on 7th of April 2025 following their instructions, stuck at China post office since 27th of April. Never arrived to their factory. I’ve contacted them, they obviously don’t want to help, or can’t help. Pretended to investigate. Contacted on my side post office, they investigated and find out the package is waiting for them to provide documentation signed ! But they will never did ! We are in June and I still can’t have my refund.
I don’t recommend to order anything from them. Big big scam

FAKE COMPANY LIFTS PICTURES FROM TEMU THEN INFLATES THE PRICE
I paid $159 for 2 pairs of crappy shoes TEMU had them BOTH FOR $32!!
Fought for a refund and all they kept saying was sorry I wasn’t happy & offered for me to keep the shoes.! And a 20% credit back for something else After a few days of my complaints it went to 50% then 75% and finally 100% . I reported all this to PayPal and was DELIGHTED I got a full refund with them obviously fighting for it. It took 6 weeks but happy with PayPal calling them out and I asked them to report Lauren Adelaide for the fake company they are to relevant authorities to shut these scammers down

Avoid this company. They advertise as an Australian or US business, but returns must be sent to China at the customer’s expense — a fact not made clear until after purchase. My order took 20 days to arrive (vs their promised 6–9), the quality was poor and sizing inaccurate. When I tried to return the items, I paid nearly half the order value in shipping and customs, only to be denied a refund after months of delays and excuses as the return address in China does not actually exist. They ignore their own refund offers and hide behind unfair policies. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

I received part of my order and have spent way too much of my time trying to contact them by email about the missing items, the phone number does NOT work.
You will be given the run around, blame the couriers, you won't get anywhere with them either.
CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST if I had done this I would not have wasted my money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible quality. I paid $89 for what looks and feels like something a child put together. The shoes reeked of glue the moment I opened the package, and the materials are so cheap it’s honestly insulting. Utterly disappointed. To make matters worse, this company falsely claims to be Australian, but the product is clearly shipped directly from China. Total scam. Do not waste your money

TRASH COMPANY! This company is disgusting. Do not buy. Bought my first pair of shoes from this company in December last year, wore them for 6 weeks and they snapped in half, I asked for a refund/store credit and was not given any kind of compensation. A few days before the shoes snapped I ordered another pair from the site thinking I loved their shoes and once the initial pair snapped and I wasn’t given any help, I decided I would refund the new pair instantly upon arrival. Which I did, they arrived back in china on April 5th and I have now been advised Lauren Adelaide needed to approve them coming back to them which they never did so now the shoes are coming back to me. I’m out $60 for the initial pair that snapped, another $50 for the second pair and $25 for the cost to return to sender. TRASH COMPANY

Poor quality clothing, worse than Temu.
Cheap materials and workmanship.
Customer service is poor as well.
They didn’t send tracking and evaded all my questions. It took over a month for the crap to arrive.

They take your money. Charge you insurance. Shoe sizing on website incorrect. Wrong size received. Will not exchange even though on their website they claim exchange acceptable ...

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS ONLINE COMPANY. Absolute dodgy company. What you order is NOT what you receive . A cheap knock off is sent in its place . I will be sending them back and getting a refund. Awful awful company.

Happy to take my money and send daily emails to say item is on its way - took twice as long to be 'delivered' than it should have, then not delivered to my address. They expected me to go hunting for the item and won't help or provide a refund. Scammers of the highest order.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a skirt which was nothing like the one photographed. The skirt had 5 uneven pleats and nothing on the back with a plastic belt. The photo was fully pleated and had a leather belt. The skirt was a full 8cm shorter than advertised, no branding, no washing instructions and a broken zip. The company professes to be Australian based- they are not. They are based in China. They are difficult to communicate with and offer nothing but discounts on their products as compensation for appalling products. Their images are stolen. Getting a full refund is nearly impossible. This company are deceptive and misleading. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy shoes from this company. You will recieve a very plasticy looking and feeling pair of shoes crappy shoes, shipped from China wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic satchel.
I think the positive reviews are vrry likely fake. No chance of a refund without jumping through many hoops and shipping back to China at your own expense....

The dress that I received was not as pictured. When I tried to return it, the depot would not receive my package and it was returned to me. Lauren Adelaide refused to refund me for the product despite my attempt to return it which was made difficult by them
