Took my money and never sent the item
Klarna also not helping

I received a high quality product but the size ran significantly smaller than what it should have been. Immediately notified the site and requested a return address and refund and have not received any words despite repeated attempts. Customer service is non existent and claims of easy return is a fraud

This company is a scam. Avoid this company!!! Poor customer service!!

I placed an order over two months ago and have received nothing. I’ve sent numerous emails and have had no response at all. The tracking information doesn’t work and I can’t view any updates on my order.

I spent over £180 and only later realised this is not a UK-based company. After reading other reviews, it appears the items are coming from China and are fake.

Do not shop with this company. I would not even give 1 star, but I had no choice.

They provide the worst customer service. I ordered couple of jackets and a shirt about a month ago. I haven’t received the shirt and the jackets were of the worst quality. I asked for a return I have emailed them thrice and haven’t got the response yet. And there is no sign of shirt i ordered. Worst delivery, worst customer service.

If there's zero star I'll give it to this scam I just experienced. I bought a jumper, happened to be so fake and nothing like it is in the picture. Secondly, I bought extra large and still couldn't even fit my arm not to talk of my body. This is a SCAM run away from anything that has to do with Lauttier. I emailed them several times for a return but no reply. No means of communication. This is nothing but a scamming company.
I regret wasting my money on these fools.

The clothes look nothing like the pictures on the website complete fake knock offs. DO NOT BUY!

AVOID. Run away . This is a rogue company. fake Trustpilot reviews on their website. Horrendous fake products. As soon as I placed the order I realised and emailed to cancel. They did not reply. Item is not only completey different to what's advertised,it's fake leather advertised as real. I'm furious I fell for this scam. Item received nothing like what's in the site. I looked at the watches after I ordered a jacket and realised they were €5 AliExpress products being sold for €70/€80. Tried to cancel but no reply. To put the cherry on the cake the size is M and barely fits my 10 year old daughter.

WARNING Do not purchase from this site I ordered a genuine leather jacket got xl size as this is what their chart advised for my measurements, jacket arrived it is not leather and is tiny didn’t fit my son in law who is only a M size. I emailed for return details as advised on their site and they do not reply I have tried 3 times. So they send goods out but you have no way of returning even though they say you can on the site.
