I placed an order for Christmas. Never showed, kept saying not shipped. Then order disappeared as not known. Took my money, fortunately bank gave me my money back. I contacted the address that this company is supposed to be registered to. The lady said it’s a web based address. Reported to fraud Uk.
Just to say I have forwarded all relevant documents to trustpilot to prove what I’ve said is true. Hopefully my review won’t get taken down to stop others falling for it.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s TY ball, but it never arrived. After contacting customer service, they said they would resend it. When the package finally arrived, it was the wrong dress.
I contacted them again and was told to keep it and accept a partial refund. However, the quality was extremely poor — the fabric was practically see-through and completely unfit for purpose.
I attempted to return it through their returns portal but couldn’t obtain a tracking number without a return address, which they never provided. I emailed again requesting the address and even offered to pay for the return shipping myself (despite the error being theirs) in order to receive a full refund.
They replied saying the issue was “under review by management,” and I haven’t heard anything since — that was over two weeks ago.
Very disappointing experience.

Although Lauven replied to the review and stated they would reply within 24hours, I have yet to hear from them!!!

I didn’t want to give 1 star. It took a long time for the dress to be delivered - The dress that eventually arrived was NOT what I ordered. It did not even resemble what I ordered. I ordered a satin emerald waterfall maxi dress and had a spandex dark forest green straight dress with an flappy bit instead. They want me to pay between $15~30 to return the dress and offered it to me at half price! I paid £99 and it isn’t worth £10, it’s so badly made. Trying to get any information or response from their customer services is impossible. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank as I’ve tried messaging and am met with a wall of silence. Scam company. Wish I could add photos to show the difference between what I ordered versus what I received. There is no comparison and the cheek of wanting me to pay to return it is the proverbial icing on the cake! Avoid!

Lauven clothing is a scam
Agree with other reviews - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Clothes are extremely poor quality and take ages to ship from China which I did not realise from their misleading website suggesting it is a local British brand. The customer service is appalling and I am now stuck with an £80 dress I am unable to return due to no reply. This company is a total scam.
I am editing this to respond to the reply from Lauven below. My order number was 1089 and I emailed multiple times to try and resolve. In the end I had to report the scam to my bank, with evidence of the unanswered emails, who thankfully investigated and refunded me.

Please avoid this Company. Return policy is not “easy”. Only way to return after asking twice is to send to an address in China at own expense. Website fails to state this and is therefore failing in its customer service. Will never use this company again

An absolute scam of a website
An absolute scam of a website! I ordered a £80 dress which was poor quality (see through and cheap materials). I wanted to return. The only way to return is to reach out via email to request a return. I have done so (twice) and we are nearing 3 weeks with no reply. The only other way to contact is an AI generated bot who suggests I phone the customer service (but when I ask for the number, it informs me there is no number and I need to email). There’s no way to contact anyone or return. This should be illegal.
