My boyfriend ordered a pair of shoes which he wasn’t keen on so returned. Nearly 2 and a half weeks ago and still no refund or confirmation that the parcel has been received apart from the courier we paid for. No reply to any emails either

They look stylish but really small fit! The leather is also really firm- feels like wearing a shoe, not a sneaker. First time i have had blisters from one wearing. They are aiming at designer market but similar paul smith styles tend to be much more comfortable.
