Clickbait Women’s Clothing Company

What went wrong? They didn’t send me the correct item I ordered or the right color. Secondly it arrived in a plastic bag, yet they advertise like a women’s luxury clothing brand.
I’ve been in business for 35 years. If I had a terrible customer service. It’s no question I’d be out of business.
This company has clickbait products. When it arrives it looks nothing like what’s advertised. Never waste your hard earned money on this company!!!! Because I definitely won’t order from them again.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, ordered my daughters semi formal dress paid extra for express post so we had it super early so if required we could find something else or at least alter if needed.... Express post was promised within 7 days turned out to be 15 days arrived 2 days before my daughters formal completely wrong colour, completely different material, the corset was floppy with no hard shapping in the torso as shown in the original image we purchased from, it was a disgrace, the company has taken no real responsibility, will only refund partial if I pay for my own postage back... Extremely disappointed

I've been ordering from Lavechic for a few years now. Great quality overall. I get a lot of compliments. Sizing is generally accurate, but there have been a few occasions where XS (my usual) is too small. But, customer service is very quick to respond and help rectify things.

DO NOT order from this site! The quality is poor and falling apart. Also, they charge you for returns to China or only refund 30%! You can find the exact same things on Temu for a fraction of the cost.

I have not worked with this company

I have not worked with this company, but a similar company that had beautiful pictures of linen. When I received my garments they were made of burlap or cloth that I’ve never seen. I fought and received a refund even though I purchased with Klarna. These companies pop-up with fantastic photos that are scams in that the pics don’t represent the merchandise..

Don't buy from this shop

Don't buy from this shop, the quality is terrible. I bought a pair of cowboy boots with studs. Upon receiving them, I discovered they were very poor quality and flimsy. They weren't made of PU leather, more like cardboard, and instead of studs, they were imitations sewn with thread – not worth a single euro. After wearing them once, the boots were ruined and ended up in the trash. So, stay away from this shop, it's a complete disaster.
2. now You Sent me a mail, that we will find a Solution, you make me laugh, not only the Boots are very bad quality , your Return politicy is also very Bad. You proposed me 61 Euro for the Boots when i sent them back, the costs for Return to China are about 50 Euros!!!!!!!!that’s Not a good Deal. So again : nobody shojld buy at your shop

I don't really agree what other people…

I don't really agree what other people said about their ordre! I asked for 2 dresses, a velvet midi dress and the black pinstriped one. I ordered them on Dec. 2nd and received them on Dec. 19th with a follow up!
The size according to their measure chard were perfect. I measure 1m72, 57 kg and size L was perfect. Nothing to change! The velvet dress had to be washed first because the red color left same stains on my underwear, but no problem at all!
For the given price, about US$ 45, I have no complain.

I ordered a dress 2XL and what was sent…

wrong size sent should have been 2XL I was in contact with LIN LIN and tried to get the correct size sent. I also tried to get a full refund as the wrong size was sent and was told the best they could do is 30% refund and I have to pay the shipping to China. They sent me an email yesterday stating that they approved a 50% refund along with a coupon for 30% which i did not agree too. I would like the remaining 50% refunded the order number is #LC539455

BEWARE!! I would not even give this site a star. Safe your money complete scam. I ordered a zipper maxi dress and I was sent a pair of gray jogger set that looks nothing like the product advertised. I still have not heard backc from company after sending photos and requesting refund.

Counterfeit knockoffs awful quality

The dress I received from Lavechic does not match what’s advertised. The product images and description closely resemble dresses from brands like Oh Polly, but the item delivered is a low-quality imitation.

The fabric is thin, the construction is poor, the fit is off, and the color is completely different from the photos. Overall, the quality is far below what the listing suggests.

This is not a small difference in expectation vs. reality — it’s outright misleading. If you’re using photos and descriptions from reputable brands, the product should remotely match that standard. This one absolutely does not.

I regret this purchase and would strongly warn others: do not expect the dress shown in the photos. What you get is a low-quality imitation that isn’t worth the price.

SCAM

The dress I received is a very cheap imitation of the dress advertised. I should know better...when the models face is not shown, the company is fraudulently using another companies pictures to sell crap imitation.
