A terrible experience. I bought a set, it didn't fit me, and I didn't like it. The material was very cheap. I wanted to return it and had to pay for shipping as well. In the end, I wasted my money on something I won't use.

The delivery time was over 5 weeks instead of 3-5 days as paid for in express shipment. They send the wrong size and do not cooperate to solve the issue.
The quality of the materials is cheap, not like the pictures.
Don’t trust them with your money.

Didn’t purchase after reading the terms of service on their website. By buying from them you accept that They can cancel orders at any time and cease trading indefinitely without notice, remove bad reviews, may delay orders, share your information, not respond to emails.. it’s insane! Please don’t put your money into their products.

I ordered a dress 6 weeks ago from this website with express shipping and what arrived eventually after loads of emails from Lin Lin was nothing short of disgraceful. This dress is nothing like the picture and the material is off very very poor and cheap quality and totally see through. I never leave a review like this but Lave Chic warrants this bad review. Please do not waste your money or time here

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a dress for $60 expecting to receive something similar to the photos on their website — instead, I got an ugly, poorly made dress that looks nothing like the pictures. Total false advertising!

Customer service was terrible. For a whole week, I kept going back and forth with them. First, they offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase if I kept the dress (as if I would ever buy from them again). After more emails, they offered a 55% refund — seriously?

I don’t want a partial refund or a discount. I want my money back and to return this worthless piece of fabric. Stay away from this site — they do not stand by what they sell and do not care about their customers.

Cheap dresses from China! The return process is so painful. I ordered 9 dresses and they are all terrible quality and see through. It took 2 weeks of dealing with them for them to finally agree to accept my return. I had to pay for post back to China myself as they do NOT to pay for post which cost me £90. The parcel is now stuck in customs as they refuse to pay for tax, as result they will not receive my items to give me a refund. I am never going to see my money back and now they just ignoring my emails after 3 months.

Do not buy from here!! I didn’t realise but they essentially post photos of clothing items from other legitimate websites and then send you a cheap ‘version’ of the same item.

The pattern and material wasn’t even the same… I spent $180 on two dresses and they don’t even look like they would have been made for $10.

I contacted customer service who advised me to send more information and photos and when I did, they never responded.

AWOID ‼️SCAM‼️The dress looks nothing like on the picture. I could get a better quality from SH*IN for a £10. I wanted to send it back, but they ask me to cover the shipment which is £££40🤯 the dress itself was £60. They offering to send a new one, but I still have to pay 30%. SHOCKING ‼️

The product purchased does not correspond to what is in the picture. Neither the material nor the cut. I will not return and will not make another purchase in your store.

i ordered Cotton stretchy loose jumpsuit 97$ it is like 100% polyester OR nylon, and cheap made, i will use for Halloween and get some funny stickers on it...........i am so upset, i sould have read the review on SHOP, BEFORE BUYING IT.........

My dress arrived squeezed into a package and crumbled. It was awful Look absolutely nothing like the picture. It was supposed to be boned and because it was so crumbled in the package it had all bent and was sticking out where it was supposed to sit flat. It also has wires sticking out in different places. When sent the pictures, they've offered me a 40% refund. Even though the dress is unwearable and it would actually scratch your skin, they've come back with 50% and have told me to pay for my own packaging. Absolutely terrible company. Absolutely rubbish avoid at all cost

The dress arrived extremely poorly made. The supposed “corset” part of the dress was unattached from the body of the dress. The boning of the corset was so bad that it was permanently bent!
I have tried to return the item but they take ages to reply to my emails and will not send a return label. You are unable to log into the website! It’s very dodgy. Extremely bad service. Do not order from this site! It is fake!

This was really one of the worst purchases ever. Quality is a scam, size 3 times larger, fabric paper and plastic and are charging for their clothes 50€ and above. Complete scam!!! When I tried to return it they are asking you to take care of return charges as well on top of what you paid for the faulty clothes you received. Don’t buy anything from there! I’d love to share photos too, but too bad there is no option for it.

I bought 2 dresses. It took more than a month to arrive. And they were the worst quality of clothes. They are making fake advertising. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THEIR CLOTHES. Super expensive for the quality they give.

Do not order from this website. You’ll receive something completely different from what you purchased, and on top of that, they even have the nerve to ask you to pay for the return shipping. Outrageous. It's a complete scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. This website is a scam. I bought a dress beginning of April for my birthday and it is now Mid May, I never received my order. The website no longer exists! I am livid! Do not trust this scammer! You will never see your money again.

Absolute scam. I ordered two dresses in late March and paid extra for expedited shipping. I was hoping to wear them to an event in mid April. It is May 16 and today I received a package which did not think would even show up. I didn’t even know what it was when I opened it. Looks NOTHING like the dress I ordered. I’ve emailed them twice. No answer and the link in my email confirmation goes nowhere. Very disappointing.

Ordered my dress on the 29th of April and still haven’t received any updates on shipping. Only that the ordered has been confirmed. It’s now 11th of May and I tried emailing them a few days ago since I need my dress for an important event but haven’t heard anything back. Don’t trust this website, pretty sure it’s a scam. I don’t think I’ll see my order nor my money back anytime soon

I know I took a risk with this one when I ordered, even after seeing the small number of followers and despite knowing that there are no reviews on them yet. I thought I'd give this small, starting company a chance in the hopes that they might be legitimate. As a trial, I ordered one item from them on April 15. It has now been 20 days and I still didn't get my order nor money back from them. They responded to my first 4 follow ups but now they are gone in the wind. They haven't answered me on email, on Facebook or on Instagram.
For clarity, here is a full timeline:
April 15 – Item ordered
April 21 – I noticed I did not get any shipment confirmation, so I emailed them to follow up. They did reply with a tracking number and said it should arrive in 5-10 working days
April 23 – I emailed them again as I noticed the tracking number still only had 1 update which said “Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier”. They then replied saying it has been collected but the package might be lost and that will check with the courier, and will send a replacement if necessary
April 25 – I asked them to just send a replacement since the tracking still didn’t move. They replied saying they have already arranged for a replacement and I can still use the same tracking number and it should have new updates in 2 to 3 business days, and this was the last I heard from them. This tracking number is just bogus.
I know it was only one item for $62, but this is just to warn you that you should take your money somewhere else. I have seen that same dress through other similar websites, and one was even selling it for a cheaper price, but I thought that was suspiciously cheap and thought maybe Lavechic will prepare it with better quality. Turns out, you won’t get anything at all.
