If you purchase dress and comes damaged it should be replaced or refunded . Do not buy from this company I've had to take this higher via PayPal. Terrible way to run there customer service

I have ordered an expensive dress, it arrived looking like a temu parcel screwed up in a little plastic bag. The quality is very disappointing, it's ill fitting, the arm is twisted and the netting isn't thin and skin coloured. When I have gone to return this item, there is no orders on my account for me to complete but the money has been taken from my account. I want to return this and get my money back. Beware of ordering through this company.

Do not purchase from Laveliya. They are located in China. They will only give a small partial return and make you pay the return shipping to China. Do not waste your time and purchase from a reputable company.

I purchased a custom dress from this site, it arrived stained and the craftsmen ship is poor. Instead of a shelf bra it has a cheap pad which isn’t even in the correct location. The dress arrived stained, which after reading reviews- this is not the first time that has happened.

Received two more responses from Laveliya - first was offering to refund 10%, second offer was refunding 20% - Vicky stated that was all she could do.
This dress is very poor quality- looks like a beginning seamstress work. Poorly tacked and has cheap pads for bra. I requested address for return but no response.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I certainly would! I ordered a dress that looked nothing like the picture. It was very cheap fabric. Shipping took forever. Then when I requested a return, there was no easy process for it, and this was NOT a made to order dress. First, they told me return shipping would be prohibitive, and they could offer me a 60% refund if I kept the dress. Then in a second email they told me they would have to deduct 15% for a restocking fee, in addition to whatever I would pay for return shipping. So they were making up the rules as they went along. They don't even have a US warehouse, everything comes straight from China, so if I want to return it I have to take the package to the post office and purchase return shipping there. Save yourself the hassle and DON'T BUY!

I can't even say how much I love this website! I told customer service about some changes I wanted after paying, and they made it exactly how I asked. I'm now following Laveliya on all social media so I can see their new stuff in time.

The dress looks pretty but it does have strings coming out and looks cheaply made. So you do get what you pay for. It works for a prom dress. When I first took it out the package, it had a horrible chemical smell. It did go away overnight. Update: she tried on the dress and it didn’t fit so I asked for a return. There is a process in which you need to supply reason why you’re returning and pictures such as of the packaging, any defects stated and measurements of the person wearing the dress. So it’s not a simple return process. I don’t have the time for all of that so I gave up. They really should post the return requirements for full disclosure. It’s a subjective return policy.

I have ordered a dress with personal sizing (my mistake) shouldn't done that. The sizing was at least 6 cm bigger in each part of the body. I'm obviously not a tailoring person so I wouldn't know how to tailor the dress but i though if I give them my sizing they would know. Well the didn't. The dress was massive since the way they use your measurements lacks knowledge and professionalism. Further, the dress had an awful smell and pulled strings which when I contacted them they just apologised for and said it's normal to have pulled strings due delivery.

I recently made a purchase for a wedding dress from this company and the experience has been terrible.

One of two dresses arrived (no update on the second dress) and it simply wasn't what expected. Extremely big(the measurements for a size 6 are pretty much exactly my actually measurements), the style of the dress simply wasn't what it looked like on the photos. But As it wasn't damaged the company is stating a full refund is not allowed. As a buyer in the UK, advised in the UK, the company still needs to comply with consumer rights legislation. However, they have failed to do so.

I did not order a custom size, simply a standard size. I could understand not offering full refunds for custom ideas as it would need to follow a tailor made pattern.

They will not offer full refund unless it is damaged. Plus charge over the odds for return postage despite this being a UK web address.

I have tried on several occasions to resolve this with the company in a reasonable manner. But the responses I receive seem almost AI /bot responses. (As can be seen from the responses to the reviews on trust pilot).

Now looking at the reviews on here, it appears some of the more recent reviews are not from genuine customers. You can see this is the case because a selection of reviewers names are the same and from the same account. This is a terrible practice for the company in tricking buyings into trusting their services are of a certain standard. Further, trying to conteract the genuine negative reviews that reflect their services.

I will be reporting this company to my credit card company and trading standards.

Extremely disappointed as purchasing a wedding dress should be a special occasion.

Terrible customer service . Seems more like a Scam. We live in the 21st century, why can’t i down load a return label.

My mum received a dress in a completely different shade than the picture , the dress was very cheap and to be honest most likely made by the same company as shein. The dress was certainly not worth the money i paid. The dress is also too big , i have asked 3 times to return the item however I seem to be going round in circles with the company who are trying to find away around the return. Most clothes are shipped from china so I don’t understand why this company are acting like it’s impossible to return.

The company said they will reveal the return address in there next email , Let’s wait and see if I can have the return address for this top secret location.

This company is a very unethical company! Better hope what you order is exactly what you want because otherwise can only return if you are willing to pay postage to China for return! Dress I received looked nothing like the dress I ordered! Very cheap looking when arrived! Do not buy from this company!!!!

Beware ! Even though they say you can return items this is certainly not the case! the most your get is 15% refund which barely covered postage then your left with a dress that is no good for you .
Certainly wont be using again !!!

Poor fitting and the colour which is supposed to be champagne isn’t. Can’t change the dress seems it’s all my fault and given gift voucher for a third of what I paid. Awful experience

I should have read reviews like this before dealing with these people. They have no interest in you being satisfied. If it doesn't fit - tough luck, get it sized properly locally at your cost. Even if it looks totally different from what you ordered - tough luck, get it fixed (as if that can even be done with what they shipped me) Oh, if you want to send it back, be prepared to ship it to China - no kidding!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered some bridal dresses. Despite getting them custom-made, they did not fit AT ALL! Do not do up! On top of that, they look NOTHING like what they did in the pictures on the site. Cheap material, almost plastic and one of the dresses absolutely stinks of rotting copeydex glue and wee. I'm beyond disgusted to think that this is acceptable to send someone.

Within 30mins of receiving them I made a complaint and requested a refund only to be told, custom dresses can not be refunded. If I specifically order something to be made to my exact size, that is what I expect. It wasn't even slightly big or slightly small it was COMPLETELY WRONG, CHEAPLY MADE and STINKS. I asked to cancel another order but was told it was 'in transit.' The website at the bottom of the email also leads to a dodgy site, that screams at you that you have had your data stolen. At this point, I feel like my money has been stolen and I've been sold something completely different to what was advertised then told; NO REFUND! I am beyond upset especially as these dresses would've been for my special day. DO NOT be fooled by the photos on the site. Cheap, nasty and smelly! (LITERALLY!)

I ordered a dress but after reading the reviews I decided to cancel my order, as it was only 1 hour after ordering I didn’t think it would be a problem. The orders take 12 hours to process and complete. After emailing several times I got a reply that made no sense with a fake website attached to it. This company is dodgy, do not order! I’m going to raise the issue with my bank now in hope that I get my money back as it is a non legit company. Do not order!

Horrible experience... I wrote email before ordering the dress if it's refundable, and they said yes... I order the dress and they offering me 15%refound... Dress is made from plastic.. Horrible sawing and horrible experience... Now I am with the ugly, not useful dress and no refund...

I have never had to jump through so many hoops to return a dress ! They would not send me an address to return it, wanted PICTURES of me in the dress, showing where it was too small!! I did not send them, of course. Today, they offered an 85% refund, at first they offered a 15% refund.
