The service was quick and efficient but surprisingly anonymous. Although the lavender was said to come from a farm in Kent there was nothing in the package to confirm this which I found very surprising and a bit disturbing as I like to know the source from which I have bought. In addition there was no leaflet descibing the lavender products available, again a strange omission. FInally I would have to say that the scent of the lavender is rather faint almost as if it were a bit old.
