I was recommended Lavinn Lazare by a family member and I am pleased to say expectations were exceeded. Its quite overwhelming with the number of options in the marketplace however Stefan was able to arrange a consultation, where we discussed creating the perfect ring.

He was able to execute my vision while adding his spark of expertise. Time pressures were not a concern although I had quite a demanding deadline to meet.

What a wonderful experience that it’s been! Stefan’s communication is so much on point, he’s always been very responsive and easy to get hold of from day one. Despite me not having any knowledge in jewellery prior to planning my engagement, Stefan has been carefully guiding me and showed me how to make the best choices in order to achieve the best engagement ring. I went to Lavinn Lazare to get my partner’s engagement ring made and it was a really fantastic service throughout. I received great support and advice in the early stages, which is so reassuring for someone who is fairly indecisive on such a big purchase! I was then kept regularly updated as the ring was being made up until it’s completion. They even managed to get this made in a fairly short amount of time over the festive period, so I feel they went above and beyond to make sure it was ready for the proposal. Unsurprisingly, my partner was absolutely thrilled with the ring, the materials used are of the highest quality and the finish is exceptional. We are going back to get another piece made for my future mother-in-law, so needless to say, we would thoroughly recommend!

This brand is actually serious! I ordered a custom engagement ring for my proposal and I was given an amazing personal service where the rep went through various options with me and helped me to choose. They then created a CAD design soo quickly for me to review and sign off. Once that was all done, they provided consistent updates as they built my custom ring. They even went the extra mile to source the perfect diamond for me and ALWAYS keep my budget in mind when providing options. All in all, I received a perfect ring which my lady (now wife) adores. I couldn't recommend them more.

I was shopping around for an engagement and wedding ring for my wife, initially I was intermediated going into physical going jewellery shops and was overwhelmed by the lack of credible options online.

I was recommended Lavvin Lazare by a colleague, at first I was very reluctant as it was word of mouth though I decided to take a chance and book a consultation.

During consultation I was immediately put at ease, I explained what I had in mind and he answered every question without hesitation or blag. He was able to articulate the 4 Cs- colour, cut, clarity and carat weight, helping me understand them in simple terms without all the jargon.

Lavvin Lazare worked with my budget, I did break the bank abit haha though I definitely feel I got value for £££, with the customer service making it priceless.

Throughout the process he kept me updated. He was extremely detail focused leaving no stone unturned regarding my queries, even when it came to revisions he was approachable and made appropriate adjustments until I was fully satisfied.

He was able to execute my vision while adding his spark of expertise. Very professional and very easy to communicate with, which gave me further confidence that my money was in good and honest hands.

Lavvin Lazare promised and over delivered, the final products were timeless masterpieces. My Mrs was over the moon with her rings, the genuine Joy and excitement of her reaction reassured me that I chose the right person for the job.
