Emailed about 4 days and they never got back to me!!! Pjs didnt get delivered for 10 days after reading they was quite quick with delivery waste of money because my daughters birthday had been and gone won’t be ordering again

So sorry to hear you had to wait for an email response, we do have an automated reply which does advise the turn around for email queries as we do receive a high volume of queries to get through.
Each of our personalised items are made to order and take time to complete to the highest standard, which we appreciate can take time, but being a small business, we do work as many hours as we can to complete each item, within a swift turn around. We can see your order was dispatched after only 5 working days, not 10, which is amazing news, as we do advise a turn around of up to 10 working days for dispatch, so thats half the time!
We do have a postage option on our website for last minute orders such as birthday or occasion orders, being our 'Rush my personalisation 1-3 working day dispatch' if orders are needed super quickly, which we always recommend if our advised turn around is not suitable.

I have ordered from here quite alot over the last few weeks/months as my little one needed some new items for his wardrobe and I was struggling to find summer bits I liked, everything is true to size and the items have always come quicker than advertised expected timings the clothing is always of soft lovely quality and I love having the options to just provide initials rather than the whole name I haven’t had a product I’m yet to be de-satisfied with and I always get great deals during tiktok lives of free items/ and discounts which is appreciated when doing larger orders. Now my little ones summer wardrobe is up to date I will be re visiting to order Christmas and Halloween items when available thank you for providing excellent customer service

Personalised items fastracked
Needed some personalised items asap for my holiday and I didn’t choose the option to fast track, emailed LLSB explaining I needed them and would they be able to process my order quickly, I was happy to pay any extras.
They said they couldn’t promise anything but would try and the next day my order was shipped with no extra costs, really helpful and lovely customer service
