Placed my first order for a blanket…
Placed my first order for a blanket that was personalised ready for when my son was born I found the process easy to get through. Got a discount Code when entering the website, placed my order and was waiting less then a week even with the Royal Mail strikes. The blanket itself is beautiful it’s incredibly soft and big. I will enjoy using it. I’m tempted to buy another one. Would recommend this small business

We can see that you ordered one of our £15 mystery bundles, of which are filled with £18-£20 worth of items inside, that being said, we're super sad that you felt this should have been worth more. Our £15 bundle is our lowest budget we offer, and so will include the least amount of items, as we hope you can appreciate. We do offer larger bundles with various budgets that do include various quantity of items.

We are super disappointed to see you have left us a 1 star review Nichola, We can see your order number attached to this review and so have taken a look at our emails/orders to find the correspondence from yourself to our team.
We can see you purchased a blanket from our website, and emailed once this had arrived to state you were not happy that the flowers were white and the bow tie was brown, and that you wanted navy blue for both. Unfortunately the team could not possibly know that you did not want the blanket as it comes, but instead wanted different colours, as we were not made aware of this.
We can see the team did reply advising this is how the blanket comes, as shown on the images and as stated within the item description. The item states 'Name Thread Colour' of which you choose Navy Blue, however we were not made aware that you wanted other aspects of the design to be navy blue also, as we hope you can appreciate.
We always recommend checking your junk folder if a reply is not provided within one working day, as our replies can often land there.
However rest assured a reply was given, and your item was provided as purchased.We hope you can reconsider your 1 star review, as incorrect reviews can have a huge impact on a small company.
