Lavner camps are a great way to engage…

Lavner camps are a great way to engage kids and a meaningful, educational yet fun way to learn coding. My kid enjoyed the camps two years in a row and we are looking forward to more!

Poor

Poor, slow communication with regard to your account. They cancel 2 classes last minute with a hurricane effected area and quickly require you to attend the remaining week, all the while not offering a refund. When you inquire about alternative options, they don't reply as quickly to allow you to make other plans. All of the other Houston camps were more flexible due to the natural disaster that affected our whole city.

My boys can't wait to go back!

This was our first experience with Lavner camps for our 7 & 8 year old sons, and we will absolutely be putting it in the rotation for the future! They typically do outdoor camps in summer, but this Lego Robot camp was a home run for them. The staff was also very kind and even went out of their way to find and order a healthy alternative treat for my son so he could stay on his diet and still be included in the group. Thank you!!

My son really enjoyed their Minecraft camp. He was able to bring home the world they built for us to see afterwards which was cool. The counselor was really nice and knowledgeable too.

Great program!

My kiddo attended the Graphic Design - Converse camp. She absolutely loved it! She enjoyed the small groups and loved her counselors!
I personally appreciated the assistance / communication from Lavner when they helped us find a replacement camp because the initial camp we signed up for, was cancelled.

excellent program

From the registration to the first day check in everything was smooth, efficient and accurate. Nothing could have been better. I called once to ask about the final procedure for bringing my granddaughter to the camp and the staff person was cheerful, understanding and told me exactly what to expect as well as letting me know that the very next day the emails containing all the information would be sent out to all campers.

The lunch option is great but campers can bring their own lunch if preferred. They are highly qualified, kind and fun program leaders. They even have recess which is so much fun for the kids when taking a break from the computers. My granddaughter attended 2 sessions last summer and begged me for 3 this summer. She is already telling me that she wants another 3 next summer. And this is from a hard to please and engage 6th grader! We couldn't say more about the program. And all the while she is learning and exploring computer coding, digital art or designing her own Vans shoes. A win win for all of us.

Loved it !

My son participated in the Lego robotics week and LOVED it!! A huge compliment as maintaining his interest during the summer camp season has been a challenge for us. Not an issue at this camp, I had no problem getting him out the door! And, at pick up, he had lots to say! Win for both of us as it was fun and an opportunity to challenge him with new concepts !

Lincoln Park Summer 2023 inspired my daughter

My daughter attended one week of a Stem and Medicine camp at the British School in Lincoln Park, and she was raving about it. She said she wished that school was like this...she was learning so much and having so much fun...she loved her classmates and the teacher was so inspiring! Really hoping to do this again this year.

Coding Camp 102 with Scratch July 2022

My son took Coding Camp 102 with Scratch at Washington University in St. Louis and absolutely loved it!! We are doing 2 camps this summer (YouTube Content Creators and Filmmaking). My son has ADHD and is on the Autism Spectrum, and the staff and campers treated him with such dignity and respect, I couldn't be more pleased with our experience!

Cheers for Fashion Design Camp

We were enrolled in Fashion Design Camp in 2023, and my kiddo still loves revisiting the work she did on her thumbdrive and loves the tote she made. This camp added a great mix of activity to our summer.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAVNER

My daughter Jill has been participating in Lavner camps for years. She is VERY picky with camp but Lavner has been a no brainer year after year for her. She loves the variety of programs they offer, along with having autonomy but oversight from the staff. She has learned a lot and made wonderful friends. And as a parent, the Senior staff have all been excellent to interact with. I HIGHLY recommend Lavner for all kids, all ages, its fantastic!
