Frequent lost laundry - services gone downhill in last year
Have been a customer for a couple of years. The last 2 orders have been catastrophic - lost clothes (which were returned) and the “free order” I had as a commercial gesture of goodwill was also returned with missing laundry - which despite their 72h investigation time hasn’t been returned. Laundry is often returned really damp and sometimes there are delays with no real explanation. Something has really gone downhill with this company in the last year - but still I use them as they’re probably the best of a bad bunch, and despite errors and lost items, it is nonetheless handy to have such a service.

Regular customer for 1 year, room for improvement
Regular customer for 1 year. Service is useful but far from efficient. Too many errors keep happening like missing / misplaced items, late delivery, lack of communication, poor cleaning. Also, very few improvements since a year ago, could reward deliveries with new baskets that save trips, etc
