Ordered a kitchen colander (minimal value). Arrived on time but box bashed in and muddy. Courier said to get in touch with Lavv. Colander was smashed to bits so sent photo to Lavv. No reply so used contact form on their website to ask for refund. No response to any contacts - appalling customer service and considering the state of the product it must have been shabby quality anyway

We bought an ash pan online and paid extra for next day delivery. The item was ordered within the window for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive next day but they refused to refund the excess postage. The item was extremely poor. Handles broken, dented and scratched. We’re trying to return it but the company are being very unhelpful. Avoid unless you want a crap product and very poor customer service
