Reported to trading standards

This is very delayed in writing, and I rarely write reviews, however this is a horrendous company and would not recommend. Have reported to trading standards. Bought a bag online which personally I did not like and felt looked very cheap. However I am not complaining about the product, it was the service. I was refused a refund as it was a sale item, despite the law stating that all online products including sales items can be returned within 14 days. I find the name of the company very ironic... I feel they should understand the UK law better. Very poor and abrupt messaging from customer service too. Would not recommend and will never use again.
