Great service- my lawn looks great every time!!!!

cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I signed up after being quoted one price, but after setting my service to every other week, I learned the cost would be higher than I expected. When I decided to cancel, I was told I had committed to multiple services. After my cancellation request, the app initially showed my service as canceled. Later, it showed my lawn mowing service as active again with another service scheduled, which was very confusing.

I was concerned enough about the possibility of future charges to contact my bank about protecting my debit card.

The app also displayed information that I found confusing, including a completed service status even though no Lawn Love provider had ever performed lawn service at my home.

My experience with the pricing, cancellation process, and account status left me with very little confidence in the service. I chose to hire a local lawn care company instead.

This was a first time cut with Julius. He was quick and efficient.

T is hands down the best! He’s incredibly reliable and always makes sure to show up when I need him, which I really appreciate. His work is consistently excellent, and he never overlooks the little details that make such a big difference. It’s obvious he takes pride in what he does, and it shows every single visit. If you’re looking for someone dependable who does quality work every time, I can’t recommend T enough!

They do a good job. Sometimes they don’t come on scheduled day

Crustian is quick and skilled. He communicates well in advance if he needs to reschedule. When he cones he gets right to work. I enjoy his service and would recommend Cristian and team.

3 times in a row I booked with Lawn Love and I never received service. The first time their contractor showed up, knocked, and left immediately. The next two times they just never showed up at all. Now my grass is completely overgrown because i’ve been wrongfully putting my trust in them to be here when they say they will. Their customer service is also trash. Stay away unless you want to waste your time while your lawn grows and grows.

Initial response for service was quick. Leslie, the individual cutting our grass provides updates with us regularly on scheduled visits, or if there is a need to change a day.

He is professional, friendly, and always does a great job.

Lawn Love has given us the best service, from the moment we signed up to when they paired us with Eddie at Grass Choppers, he has never done a spotty job or a cruddy one. He takes care of our lawn and since he took over we have not been dinged by our HOA!

LawnLove was very responsive to my need for a new mowing service. Their fees were competitive and their ability to meet my scheduling needs was great. My first mowing was completed in less than 90 minutes, a job that took my previous mower over three hours. The mowing, weed eating and cleanup was great. No grass clippings blown in our pool was a big plus. My lawn has been mowed three times and each time was highly satisfactory. I would highly recommend LawnLove to anyone needing a great lawn service.

They were very good about contacting us to reschedule when the forecast predicted rain.

They were very clean and neat great work will recommend.

We had an online verbal agreement to mow my lawn and trim the hedges. I never got an invoice but I did get a charge for lawn maintenance for $131. When I called customer service they said they would refund my money but I wanted them to honor their verbal and recorded agreement.
I was told my manager would not honor that agreement but we will credit your account. I didn't lose anything but it was a waste of time and now I've got to find someone else.
These people are scavengers and don't agree to anything until they send you the terms of the agreement do you have in writing because they're unscrupulous that's why they've got such a low rating
